Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 両側面に軸方向のボール転動溝を有して長く延
びる案内レールと、該案内レール上に移動可能に
跨架されるとともに案内レールのボール転動溝に
対向するボール転動溝を内側面に、及びこれに平
行するボール通路としての貫通孔を肉厚内に有す
るスライダ本体と、前記ボール通路とボール転動
溝とを連通させる湾曲路を有してスライダ本体の
端部に接合されたエンドキヤツプと、前記ボール
転動溝内に転動可能に挿入された多数のボールと
、前記スライダ本体の下端面から内側に突出して
前記案内レールの側面と摺接するアンダーシール
とを備えた直動案内軸受装置の防塵構造であつて
、 前記アンダーシールの軸方向の両端部近辺に取
付け穴を形成すると共に、前記エンドキヤツプの
下端面に前記アンダーシールの辺縁が食い込む傾
斜面を有する軸方向の切欠き凹部と該凹部から突
出し前記アンダーシールの取付け穴と嵌合する突
起とを形成したことを特徴とする直動案内軸受装
置の防塵構造。
