Claims (9)
- 成形樹脂の表面に加飾を施した加飾樹脂成形品において、
前記成形樹脂の表面側に絵柄層及び/または金属膜層を形成し、
前記絵柄層及び/または金属膜層の表面側であってかつ最表面に、前記絵柄層及び/または金属膜層の一部平面領域または全平面領域を被覆する冷感層を形成したものであり、
前記冷感層は、バインダーと金属粉末及び/またはセラミック粉末を混合したインキにより形成された冷感層である加飾樹脂成形品。 - 前記インキの前記バインダーは、電子線硬化型樹脂または熱硬化型樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載した加飾樹脂成形品。
- 前記インキの前記金属粉末及び/またはセラミック粉末は、銀、銅、アルミニウム、マグネシウム、亜鉛、クロム、ニッケル、鉄、インジウム、スズ、窒化アルミニウムおよび炭化ケイ素よりなる群から選択される単一または複数の粉末である請求項1乃至2いずれか記載の加飾樹脂成形品。
- 加飾樹脂成形品の製造に用いる加飾シートにおいて、
絵柄層及び/または金属膜層を有し、
前記絵柄層及び/または金属膜層の表面側であってかつ最表面に、前記絵柄層及び/または金属膜層の一部平面領域または全平面領域を被覆する冷感層を形成したものであって、
前記冷感層は、バインダーと金属粉末及び/またはセラミック粉末を混合したインキを用いて形成された冷感層である加飾シート。 - 前記絵柄層及び/または金属膜層の裏面側に、成形樹脂との接着手段を有する請求項4記載の加飾シート。
- 前記インキの前記バインダーは、電子線硬化型樹脂または熱硬化型樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項4乃至5いずれか記載の加飾シート。
- 前記インキの前記金属粉末及び/またはセラミック粉末は、銀、銅、アルミニウム、マグネシウム、亜鉛、クロム、ニッケル、鉄、インジウム、スズ、窒化アルミニウムおよび炭化ケイ素よりなる群から選択される単一または複数の粉末である請求項4乃至6いずれか記載の加飾シート。
- 前記冷感層は、前記絵柄層及び/または金属膜層の一部平面領域を被覆するものであり、
前記冷感層は、前記インキを用い孔版印刷法により形成されたものであることを特徴とする請求項4乃至7いずれか記載の加飾シート。 - 以下の工程からなる成形同時加飾成形品の製造方法。
イ.請求項5乃至8いずれか記載の加飾シートをA金型側に設置する工程
ロ.A金型とB金型を型締めする工程
ハ.金型内に溶融成形樹脂を注入し、前記加飾シートと溶融成形樹脂を一体化し、成形品を冷却固化させる工程
二.A金型とB金型を型開きし、加飾樹脂成形品を取り出す工程
