Description
ナイロン6とポリアミドエラストマーを重量比80:20で混合した樹脂組成物を260℃で溶融し、環状金型で押出し、クエンチ(急冷)することにより、厚さ50μmの未延伸ポリアミドシートを得た。
ナイロン6とポリアミドエラストマーの重量比を70:30にした以外は実施例1と同一の方法により行い、厚さ50μmの未延伸ポリアミドシートを得た。
比較例1は、エラストマーを含まずにナイロン6だけを利用して延伸させたフィルムの例を挙げたもので、ナイロン6を260℃で溶融して環状金型で押出し、クエンチすることで厚さ50μmの未延伸ポリアミドシートを得た。次に、未延伸ポリアミドシートは、ガラス転移温度と熱結晶化温度間の温度で2.7×2.7倍に延伸し、融点以下の温度でアニールして厚さ15μmの延伸ポリアミドフィルムを得た。
エラストマーを含まずにナイロン6だけを使用して製造した以外は実施例1と同一の方法により行い、厚さ50μmの未延伸ポリアミドシートを得た。

ナイロン6を単独で使用する代わりにナイロン6とポリアミドエラストマーを重量比70:30で混合させて製造した以外は、比較例1と同一な方法により行い、厚さ15μmの延伸ポリアミドフィルムを得た。
ナイロン6を単独で使用する代わりにナイロン6とポリアミドエラストマーを重量比50:50で混合させて製造した以外は、比較例1と同一な方法により行い、厚さ15μmの延伸ポリアミドフィルムを得た。
ナイロン6を単独で使用する代わりにポリアミドエラストマー単独で製造した以外は、比較例1と同一な方法により行い、厚さ15μmの延伸ポリアミドフィルムを得た。

Claims (2)
- 熱可塑性樹脂70〜80質量%と、
エラストマー20〜30質量%と、を含むポリマー組成物の溶融・圧出してクエンチして得られる未延伸フィルムであって
前記未延伸フィルムの常温における破断伸度が200%以上であり、
前記熱可塑性樹脂がポリアミド樹脂であり、
前記エラストマーがポリアミドエラストマーである、
空気入りタイヤ用インナーライナー。 - 前記未延伸フィルムは−35℃での降伏点が10%以上である請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤのインナーライナー。
