Claims (5)

該第1の合わせ目から遠位方向に延びる第1近位部分、該第2の合わせ目から遠位方向に延びる第2近位部分、第1近位部分の遠位端から斜めに延びる第1遠位部分、該第2近位部分の遠位端から斜めに延びる第2遠位部分を有し、該第1遠位部分及び該第2遠位部分が当該支持構造体の該遠位端における第1遠位合わせ目を構成してなる第1の取り付け通路と、
該第1の合わせ目から該第1近位部分に隣接しながら遠位方向に延びる第3近位部分、該第2の合わせ目から該第2近位部分に隣接しながら遠位方向に延びる第4近位部分、第3近位部分の遠位端から斜めに延びる第3遠位部分、該第4近位部分の遠位端から斜めに延びる第4遠位部分を有し、該第3遠位部分及び該第4遠位部分が当該支持構造体の該遠位端における第2遠位合わせ目を構成してなる第2の取り付け通路と、
