Description
Claims (4)
- 少なくとも2つの油圧クラッチ(22,23)を有する変速機(16)のクラッチ制御装置において、
前記各油圧クラッチ(22,23)を駆動するための油圧を供給する油圧ポンプ(41)と、
前記油圧を伝達するために前記各油圧クラッチ(22,23)にそれぞれ接続される油路(52,53)と、
前記油路(52,53)への油圧供給を制御する制御部(18)とを備え、
前記制御部(18)は、エンジン(11)の始動動作が検知されると、前記各油路(52,53)に所定油圧を発生させて前記各油圧クラッチ(22,23)の駆動準備を整える初期準備動作を行い、
前記初期準備動作は、前記各油路(52,53)に対して異なるタイミングで前記油圧を供給することで実行され、
前記油圧クラッチ(22,23)は、一方側および他方側の2つからなり、
前記制御部(18)は、エンジン(11)の始動動作が検知されると、前記一方側の油路(52)へ油圧供給を開始すると共に、該一方側の油路(52)に前記所定油圧が生じてから、前記他方側の油路(53)への油圧供給を開始し、
前記一方側のクラッチ(22)は、少なくとも最低速段である第1速ギヤを支持していることを特徴とする変速機のクラッチ制御装置。 - 前記変速機(16)は、メインシャフト(26)とカウンタシャフト(27)との間に複数の歯車対(21)を有し、
前記一方側および他方側のクラッチ(22,23)は、前記メインシャフト(26)上に配設されると共に、前記エンジン(11)と前記変速機(16)との間の回転駆動力の断接を行い、
前記メインシャフト(26)は、奇数変速段のギヤを支持する内筒(26a)と、偶数変速段のギヤを支持する外筒(26b)とから構成されており、
前記一方側のクラッチ(22)は、前記内筒(26a)へ伝達される前記回転駆動力を断接し、
前記他方側のクラッチ(23)は、前記外筒(26b)へ伝達される前記回転駆動力を断接するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の変速機のクラッチ制御装置。 - 前記油圧ポンプ(41)に接続される管路(40)と、前記一方側および他方側の油路(52,53)とが接続されたバルブ(42)を備え、
前記バルブ(42)は、前記制御部(18)からの指令に基づいて、前記油圧ポンプ(41)で発生された油圧の供給先を、前記一方側または他方側の油路(52,53)との間で切り換えるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の変速機のクラッチ制御装置。 - 前記エンジン(11)の始動動作の検知は、前記エンジン(11)の回転数が所定値を超えたことを検知することで行われることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の変速機のクラッチ制御装置。
