Abstract
【解決手段】ツインクラッチ式の自動マニュアル変速機(AMT)のクラッチ制御装置において、第1クラッチ22(CL1)および第2クラッチ23(CL2)を駆動するための油圧ポンプ41と、CL1,2にそれぞれ油圧を伝達する油路52,53と、該油路への油圧供給を制御するAMT制御ユニットとを備える。AMT制御ユニットは、エンジンの始動動作が検知されると、油路52,53に異なるタイミングで油圧を供給して、油路を作動油で充満させてクラッチの駆動準備を整える初期準備動作を行う。油路52に所定油圧Pcが生じた後に油路53へ油圧を供給するように設定すると、第1速ギヤが使用可能となるまでの時間が短縮されて、エンジン始動後の素早い発進が可能となる。

Claims (7)
- 少なくとも2つの油圧クラッチを有する変速機のクラッチ制御装置において、
前記各油圧クラッチを駆動するための油圧を供給する油圧ポンプと、
前記油圧を伝達するために前記各油圧クラッチにそれぞれ接続される油路と、
前記油路への油圧供給を制御する制御部とを備え、
前記制御部は、エンジンの始動動作が検知されると、前記各油路に所定油圧を発生させて前記各油圧クラッチの駆動準備を整える初期準備動作を行い、
前記初期準備動作は、前記各油路に対して異なるタイミングで前記油圧を供給することで実行されることを特徴とする変速機のクラッチ制御装置。 - 前記油圧クラッチは、一方側および他方側の2つからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の変速機のクラッチ制御装置。
- 前記制御部は、エンジンの始動動作が検知されると、前記一方側の油路へ油圧供給を開始すると共に、該一方側の油路に前記所定油圧が生じてから、前記他方側の油路への油圧供給を開始することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の変速機のクラッチ制御装置。
- 前記変速機は、メインシャフトとカウンタシャフトとの間に複数の歯車対を有し、
前記一方側および他方側のクラッチは、前記メインシャフト上に配設されると共に、前記エンジンと前記変速機との間の回転駆動力の断接を行い、
前記メインシャフトは、奇数変速段のギヤを支持する内筒と、偶数変速段のギヤを支持する外筒とから構成されており、
前記一方側のクラッチは、前記内筒へ伝達される前記回転駆動力を断接し、
前記他方側のクラッチは、前記外筒へ伝達される前記回転駆動力を断接するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の変速機のクラッチ制御装置。 - 前記一方側のクラッチは、少なくとも最低速段である第1速ギヤを支持していることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の変速機のクラッチ制御装置。
- 前記油圧ポンプに接続される管路と、前記一方側および他方側の油路とが接続されたバルブを備え、
前記バルブは、前記制御部からの指令に基づいて、前記油圧ポンプで発生された油圧の供給先を、前記一方側または他方側の油路との間で切り換えるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項3ないし5のいずれかに記載の変速機のクラッチ制御装置。 - 前記エンジンの始動動作の検知は、前記エンジンの回転数が所定値を超えたことを検知することで行われることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の変速機のクラッチ制御装置。
