Description
本願発明1では、可塑剤が摩擦伝動面に滲み出る(ブリードする)ものであるため、ドライ時に摩擦伝動面に可塑剤の膜を形成することができる。
本願発明1では、可塑剤の溶解度指数がゴム組成物の溶解度指数より大きいため、極性を有するゴム組成物に対して非極性可塑剤となって溶けにくく、可塑剤が摩擦伝動面に滲み出るようになる。
本願発明1では、可塑剤が水に対して親和性があるため、被水時には摩擦伝動面に形成された膜の表面に均一な水膜が形成される。そのため、被水時にプーリと摩擦伝動面との運動の安定状態が保持される。
そして無機充填剤を60〜110重量部配合することで、前記可塑剤のフリードを適度に促進し、潤滑剤として作用させることで走行時の耐発音性を向上させることができる。
本願発明2では、可塑剤が摩擦伝動面に滲み出る(ブリードする)ものであるため、ドライ時に摩擦伝動面に可塑剤の膜を形成することができる。
本願発明2では、可塑剤の溶解度指数がゴム組成物の溶解度指数より大きいため、極性を有するゴム組成物に対して非極性可塑剤となって溶けにくく、可塑剤が摩擦伝動面に滲み出るようになる。
本願発明2では、可塑剤が水に対して親和性があるため、被水時には摩擦伝動面に形成された膜の表面に均一な水膜が形成される。そのため、被水時にプーリと摩擦伝動面との運動の安定状態が保持される。
そして無機充填剤を60〜110重量部配合することで、前記可塑剤のフリードを適度に促進し、潤滑剤として作用させることで走行時の耐発音性を向上させることができる。
上記の比が1/2未満の場合には、レゾルシン−ホルムアルデヒドの樹脂分が多くなり、RFL皮膜が固くなり動的な接着が悪くなり、他方1/8を超えると、レゾルシン・ホルムアルデヒドの樹脂分が少なくなるため、RFL皮膜が柔らかくなり、接着カが低下する。
以下の実施例1〜2、比較例1のVリブドベルトは、ポリエステル繊維のロープからなる心線を接着ゴム層内に埋設し、接着ゴム層の一方の面にゴム付綿帆布を2プライ積層し、接着ゴム層の他方の面側に設けられた圧縮ゴム層に3個のリブ部をベルトの長手方向に配したものである。
そして、駆動プーリ10において、滑り速度Vの変化に対してμの変化を測定した。このとき、内蔵エンコーダにて、ベルト速度とプーリ速度を算出する。ベルト速度は、背面アイドラー部の内蔵エンコーダにて算出され、背面アイドラー部でのスリップ率が0%であるとして算出している。
図8は、ウェット時としてベルトを水に浸漬して引き上げたときのμ−V特性を表したグラフである。図8において、dμ/dVは終始負になることはなく、完全にdμ/dV≧0となっていることが判る。また、ドライ時とウェット時とも、滑り速度Vが1.0m/sまでの範囲において、μ−V特性が殆ど変化せず(両者の差が0.15以内に収まっている)、いずれも0.6以下となっている。
図9に示すように、実機実測波形(サウンドシグナル[S/Sig])ではベルトが自励振動を起こすことなく、異音も発生しない。

Claims (7)
- 摩擦伝動面が可塑剤を配合したゴム組成物で構成される摩擦伝動ベルトであって、
前記可塑剤は、その溶解度指数が前記ゴム組成物のゴム成分の溶解度指数より大きいことにより極性が異なるものであって、ドライ時に前記摩擦伝動面に滲み出て、前記摩擦伝動面に前記可塑剤の膜を形成するものであり、
前記可塑剤は、水に対する親和性があるものであって、前記ベルトの被水時に前記摩擦伝動面の前記膜上の全面に水膜を形成するものであり、
前記ゴム組成物は、前記ゴム成分100重量部に対して、前記可塑剤の滲み出しを促進させる無機充填剤を60〜110重量部配合して構成され、
プーリ速度とベルト速度との差で示される滑り速度Vの変化に対する摩擦係数μの変化(dμ/dv)がドライ時及び被水時にゼロ又はプラスになっている摩擦伝動ベルト。 - 摩擦伝動面が可塑剤を配合したゴム組成物で構成される摩擦伝動ベルトであって、
前記可塑剤は、その溶解度指数が前記ゴム組成物のゴム成分の溶解度指数より大きいことにより極性が異なるものであって、ドライ時に前記摩擦伝動面に滲み出て、前記摩擦伝動面に前記可塑剤の膜を形成するものであり、
前記可塑剤は、水に対する親和性があるものであって、前記ベルトの被水時に前記摩擦伝動面の前記膜上の全面に水膜を形成するものであり、
前記ゴム組成物は、前記ゴム成分100重量部に対して、前記可塑剤の滲み出しを促進させる無機充填剤を60〜110重量部配合して構成され、
プーリ速度とベルト速度との差で示される滑り速度Vが0.3m/s以上のときに前記滑り速度Vに対する摩擦係数μの変化(dμ/dv)がドライ時及び被水時にゼロ又はプラスになっている摩擦伝動ベルト。 - 前記摩擦伝動面のプーリに対する摩擦係数μは、滑り速度Vが1.0m/sまでの範囲において、0.6以下の低摩擦係数である請求項1又は2に記載の摩擦伝動ベルト。
- 摩擦伝動面が可塑剤を配合したゴム組成物で構成される摩擦伝動ベルトであって、
前記ゴム組成物のゴム成分が、エチレン・α−オレフィンエラストマーであり、
前記可塑剤の溶解度指数が8.3〜10.7(cal/cm3)1/2であって、前記可塑剤が摩擦伝動面に滲み出て膜を形成するものあり、
前記可塑剤は水に対する親和性を備える親水基を有する構造であって、前記可塑剤が水に対する親和性を備える親水基を有する分子構造であって、被水時に摩擦伝動面に滲み出た可塑剤の膜上の全面に水膜を形成するものであり、
前記ゴム組成物は、前記エチレン・α−オレフィンエラストマー100重量部に対して、前記可塑剤を10〜25重量部、無機充填剤を60〜110重量部配合して構成される請求項1又は2に記載の摩擦伝動ベルト。 - 前記無機充填剤が、カーボンブラックである請求項4に記載の摩擦伝動ベルト。
- 前記無機充填剤が、カーボンブラックを含有し、更に金属炭酸塩及び又は金属珪酸塩を含有する請求項4に記載の摩擦伝動ベルト。
- 前記摩擦伝動ベルトが、Vリブドベルトである請求項4から6のいずれかに記載の摩擦伝動ベルト。
