表1に実施例で用いたグラウト材の主原料となる水とセメント、及びグラウト材への添加材として用いた材料を示す。
Claims (2)
- セメントとシリカヒュームと膨張材と高性能AE減水剤と水とからなり、これらの配合割合が、単位量(g/リットル)当たり、セメント;836.0〜1001.5、シリカヒューム;139.3〜166.9、膨張材;200.0、高性能AE減水剤;0.2〜1.0、水;547.4〜611.2であるグラウト材であって、水平に置かれたガラス板の上にJIS規格のフローコーンを置き、フローコーンに連続的に流し込み、フローコーンを垂直に引き上げ、ガラス板上に広がったグラウト材の最大幅とその垂直方向の幅の平均値であるフロー値が158.1〜188.3mmであり、且つ密閉容器内に格納され、先端の流出口が密閉容器から露出したJP漏斗内に、前記グラウト材を充填し、密閉容器内に圧縮空気を送り込み、大気圧の状態から0.1MPaの圧力を加えたときのJP漏斗内のグラウト材がJP漏斗の流出口から流下しきるまでの流下時間が0.53〜0.73秒であるチクソトロピー性を有するグラウト材。
- 0.3MPaの圧力を加えたときのJP漏斗内のグラウト材がJP漏斗の流出口から流下しきるまでの流下時間が0.3〜0.4秒である請求項1記載のチクソトロピー性を有するグラウト材。
