Claims (6)
- 高圧バッテリから第1の電源回路を介して電源供給を受けて動作し、前記高圧バッテリを構成する複数の単位セルにおける各単位セルの両端電圧を検出して均等化する均等化手段と、前記高圧バッテリより電圧の低い低圧バッテリから第2の電源回路を介して電源供給を受けて動作し、前記均等化手段の制御を行う制御手段と、前記均等化手段と前記制御手段の間で絶縁手段を介して均等化処理のための通信信号の伝達を行う第1の通信ラインとを備えた電圧調整装置において、
前記制御手段は、予め決められた第1の異常判定時間内に前記均等化手段より前記通信信号の送信がなかった場合に、前記第1の電源回路との間で絶縁手段を介して設けられた第2の通信ラインを介して電源オフ信号を送信して前記第1の電源回路を電源オフとなるように制御すると共に、
前記均等化手段は、予め決められた第2の異常判定時間内に前記制御手段より前記通信信号の送信がなかった場合に、自身の均等化処理を停止する
ことを特徴とする電圧調整装置。 - 請求項1記載の電圧調整装置において、
前記第1の異常判定時間は、前記制御手段の制御によりスタートする第1のタイマでカウントされ、前記第2の異常判定時間は、前記均等化手段の制御によりスタートする第2のタイマでカウントされることを特徴とする電圧調整装置。 - 請求項1または2記載の電圧調整装置において、
前記均等化手段は、前記単位セルの両端電圧を検出して電圧検出信号を出力する電圧検出部と、前記単位セルに並列接続された、均等化素子およびスイッチ素子の直列接続体からなる均等化部と、前記電圧検出部および前記均等化部を制御する高圧系制御回路とを有し、
前記スイッチ素子は、前記高圧系制御回路により、前記制御手段からの通信信号に応じてオン制御されると共に、前記第2の異常判定時間内に前記制御手段より前記通信信号の送信がなかった場合にオフ制御されることを特徴とする電圧調整装置。 - 請求項1または2記載の電圧調整装置において、
前記均等化手段は、前記単位セルの両端電圧を検出して電圧検出信号を出力する電圧検出部と、前記電圧検出部の選択スイッチを介して前記単位セルに並列に接続された、均等化素子およびスイッチ素子の直列接続体からなる均等化部と、前記電圧検出部および前記選択スイッチと前記均等化部を制御する高圧系制御回路とを有し、
前記スイッチ素子は、前記高圧系制御回路により、前記制御手段からの通信信号に応じてオン制御されると共に、前記第2の異常判定時間内に前記制御手段より前記通信信号の送信がなかった場合にオフ制御されることを特徴とする電圧調整装置。 - 請求項1または2記載の電圧調整装置において、
前記均等化手段は、前記第2の異常判定時間内に前記制御手段より前記通信信号の送信がなかった場合に、前記第1の電源回路へ電源オフ信号を送信して前記第1の電源回路を電源オフとなるように制御することにより、自身の均等化処理を停止することを特徴とする電圧調整装置。 - 請求項3または4記載の電圧調整装置において、
前記制御手段および前記高圧系制御回路はマイコンで構成されていることを特徴とする電圧調整装置。
