Description
Claims (3)
- 原子炉圧力容器内の狭隘空間に位置する構成部材の非破壊検査を行う非破壊検査装置において、
原子炉圧力容器に冷却水を供給する冷却水入口ノズル内のサーマルスリーブに連結された炉心スプレイラインのヘッダの位置まで前記原子炉圧力容器の上部から吊り下げられる本体と、
前記本体に設けられ前記スプレイラインヘッダ位置の炉心スプレイラインを上下から把持して前記本体を前記炉心スプレイラインに固定する固定部と、
テーププローブの先端部に検査ヘッドを装着し前記サーマルスリーブの壁面と前記冷却水入口ノズルの壁面との間に形成される円環状狭隘空間の軸方向に前記テーププローブを移動させるスキャナ部と、
前記本体に設けられ前記スキャナ部を前記円環状狭隘空間の周方向に移動案内するガイドレールとを備えたことを特徴とする非破壊検査装置。 - 前記スキャナ部は、巻き尺状のテーププローブを巻き込んで収納する収納部と、前記収納部に収納されたテーププローブを送り出したり巻き取りしたりする駆動モータと、前記テーププローブの先端部の前記サーマルスリーブ側に装着され前記サーマルスリーブを検査する検査ヘッドとを備えたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の非破壊検査装置。
- 前記スキャナ部は、テーププローブをスライドさせて収納するスライド収納部と、前記スライド収納部に収納されたテーププローブを送り出したり収納したりする駆動モータと、前記テーププローブの先端部の前記サーマルスリーブ側に装着され前記サーマルスリーブを検査する検査ヘッドとを備えたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の非破壊検査装置。
