Claims (5)
- 半径方向に変位可能な複数の個別検査プローブ(53)を設け、各検査プローブ(53)はその面法線が被検体(10)の縦軸に対して直角に指向している検査コイル(54′,54″)をそれぞれ有し、また各検査プローブはその面法線が実質的に被検体(10)の縦軸と平行に指向している第2の検査コイル(52,52′)をさらに有してなる管形状の被検体を検査するための検査装置であり;
仮想の円筒形面の周りで円周方向に離間した複数の位置上に配置されていて前記仮想の円筒形面の内側に設置された被検体(10)に向かって半径方向内側に検査プローブ(53)を弾力的に予荷重する半径方向に変位可能な複数のプローブ支持部材(21−25)上に前記検査プローブ(53)が配置される検査装置。 - 検査プローブが指形状で弾力的に支承されたプローブ支持部材(21−25)内に存在し、指部が実質的に被検体の縦軸と平行に延在することを特徴とする請求項1記載の検査装置。
- 検査プローブが指形状のプローブ支持部材(61)内に存在し、指部が実質的に被検体の縦軸に対して直角に延在することを特徴とする請求項1記載の検査装置。
- コイル(54)の軸が管形状の被検体(13)に対して半径方向に延在し、前記コイルがフラットコイルであることを特徴とする請求項2または3記載の検査装置。
- コイル(54)の軸が管形状の被検体(13)に対して半径方向に延在し、前記コイルが螺旋状巻線であることを特徴とする請求項4記載の検査装置。
