Claims (1)
- カウンタトラックジョイントの形のボール等速回転ジョイント(11)であって、第1の外側のボールトラック(16)と第2の外側のボールトラック(18)とを備えたジョイント外側部分(12)と、第1の内側のボールトラック(17)と第2の内側のボールトラック(19)とを備えたジョイント内側部分(14)とが設けられており、第1の外側のボールトラック(16)が、第1の内側のボールトラック(17)と共に第1のトラックペア(16,17)を形成しており、該第1のトラックペア(16,17)が、第1の軸方向Ri1に拡張しており(α)、第2の外側のボールトラック(18)が、第2の内側のボールトラック(19)と共に第2のトラックペア(18,19)を形成しており、該第2のトラックペア(18,19)が、第2の軸方向Ri2に拡張しており(β)、両トラックペア内に複数のボール(20)が案内されており、該ボール(20)のボール中心点Zが、ジョイント中心点Mを中心とした転がり円半径PCRに位置しており、さらに、周方向に分配された複数のケージ窓(22)を備えたボールケージ(21)が設けられており、該ボールケージ(21)内に前記ボール(20)が、1つの共通の平面Eに保持されていて、ジョイント屈曲時に、角度を二等分する平面へ案内されるようになっており、ジョイント外側部分(12)とボールケージ(21)との間およびボールケージ(21)とジョイント内側部分(14)との間に、それぞれジョイント外側部分(12)とジョイント内側部分(14)との間の相対的な軸方向移動Sを可能にする軸方向遊びが設けられている形式のものにおいて、
軸方向遊びSとボール(20)の転がり円半径PCRとの間の比が、それぞれ当該ジョイントの伸長された状態で0.01〜0.09であり(0.01<S/PCR<0.09)、当該ジョイントの伸長された状態で、第1のトラックペア(16,17)および第2のトラックペア(18,19)の開き角度αおよびβの大きさが互いに等しくなる、ジョイント外側部分(12)とジョイント内側部分(14)との間の相対的な軸方向移動の中間位置もしくはセンタ位置において、前記両開き角度αおよびβが、8゜よりも小さい(α<8゜∧β<8゜)ことを特徴とするボール等速回転ジョイント。
