Claims (1)
- ジョイント軸において、第1の回転ジョイントと、中間軸と、第2の回転ジョイントとが設けられており、
前記中間軸がしゅう動ユニットを有するか、または前記第2の回転ジョイントが軸方向しゅう動式ジョイントであり、
前記第1の回転ジョイントが、カウンタトラックジョイントの形式のボール等速回転ジョイント(11)であり、第1および第2の外側のボールトラック(16,18)を備えたジョイント外側部分(12)と、第1および第2の内側のボールトラック(17,19)を備えたジョイント内側部分(14)とを有しており、第1の外側のボールトラック(16)が第1の内側のボールトラック(17)と相俟って、第1の軸方向Ri1で拡開(α)する第1のトラック対(16,17)を形成し、第2の外側のボールトラック(18)が第2の内側のボールトラック(19)と相俟って、第2の軸方向Ri2で拡開(β)する第2のトラック対(18,19)を形成しており、さらに第1の回転ジョイントが、これらのトラック対内で案内され、その中心Zがジョイント中心Mを中心とする転動円半径PCR上にある複数のボール(20)と、これらのボール(20)を1つの共通の中心平面E内に保持し、ジョイント屈曲時には角度二等分平面上に案内する、周方向で分配されたケージ窓(22)を備えたボールケージ(21)とを有しており、一方ではジョイント外側部分(12)とボールケージ(21)との間に、他方ではボールケージ(21)とジョイント内側部分(14)との間に、ジョイント外側部分(12)とジョイント内側部分(14)との間の相対的な軸方向移動Sを許可する軸方向遊びが設けられており、
前記第1の回転ジョイントにおいて、ジョイント伸展時、総軸方向移動Sとボール(20)の転動円半径PCRとの間の比が、0.01〜0.09であり(0.01<S/PCR<0.09)、かつ
前記第1の回転ジョイントにおいて、ジョイント伸展時、ジョイント外側部分(12)とジョイント内側部分(14)との間の相対的な軸方向移動の終端位置で、第1のトラック対(16,17)または第2のトラック対(18,19)の開き角αまたはβのうちそれぞれ小さい方の開き角が、8°より小さい(α<8°∨β<8°)、
ことを特徴とする、ジョイント軸。
