Abstract
【解決手段】 内球面1aに軸方向に延びる複数のトラック溝1bを形成した外輪1と、外球面2aに軸方向に延びる複数のトラック溝2bを形成した内輪2と、外輪1のトラック溝1bと内輪2のトラック溝2bとが協働して形成されるボールトラックに配されたトルク伝達ボール3と、トルク伝達ボール3を保持するポケット4cを有する保持器4とを備え、外輪1のトラック溝1bの中心O1を内球面1aの球面中心に対して、内輪2のトラック溝2bの中心O2を外球面2aの球面中心に対して、それぞれ、軸方向に等距離Fだけ反対側にオフセットさせた等速自在継手であって、保持器4のポケット4Cとトルク伝達ボール3との間の軸方向すきまを−0.006〜−0.035mmの範囲内に設定し、かつ、保持器4と内輪3との間の球面すきまのすきま/径比を0.9〜2.3の範囲内に設定した。

Claims (5)
- 内球面に軸方向に延びる複数のトラック溝を形成した外輪と、外球面に軸方向に延びる複数のトラック溝を形成した内輪と、前記外輪のトラック溝と前記内輪のトラック溝とが協働して形成されるボールトラックに配されたトルク伝達ボールと、前記トルク伝達ボールを保持するポケットを有する保持器とを備え、前記外輪のトラック溝の中心を内球面の球面中心に対して、前記内輪のトラック溝の中心を外球面の球面中心に対して、それぞれ、軸方向に等距離だけ反対側にオフセットさせた等速自在継手であって、
前記ポケットと前記トルク伝達ボールとの間の軸方向すきまを−0.006〜−0.035mmの範囲内に設定し、かつ、前記保持器と前記内輪との間の半径方向すきまのすきま/径比を0.9〜2.3の範囲内に設定したことを特徴とする固定式等速自在継手。 - 外輪のトラック溝および内輪のトラック溝に直線状の溝底を有するストレート部を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1の固定式等速自在継手。
- PCDすきまを0.009〜0.060mmとしたことを特徴とする請求項1または2の固定式等速自在継手。
- 内輪トラック接触率を1.03〜1.06としたことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかの固定式等速自在継手。
- トルク伝達ボールの数が8であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかの固定式等速自在継手。
