Claims (2)
- 転動体転走溝が形成された軌道部材と、前記転動体転走溝に対向する負荷転動体転走溝が形成されると共に無負荷戻し通路が形成される移動部材本体と、前記移動部材本体の進行方向の両端に設けられ、前記負荷転動体転走溝と前記無負荷戻し通路を接続する方向転換路が形成される蓋部材と、前記移動部材本体の前記負荷転動体転走溝を含む転動体循環経路に収容される複数の転動体と、を備える運動案内装置において、
前記移動部材本体に、前記軌道部材の表面に対向する表面を有する減衰プレートと、該減衰プレートと前記軌道部材との間の隙間を調整する隙間調整プレートと、を設け、
前記移動部材本体及び前記隙間調整プレートそれぞれの合わせ面に勾配が付けられ、
前記隙間調整プレートを前記移動部材本体に対して移動させることで、前記減衰プレートと前記軌道部材との間の隙間を調整し、
前記移動部材本体にさらに、前記移動部材本体の進行方向の両端に取り付けられる一対の押え板と、前記押え板に対して前記隙間調整プレートを前記進行方向に押す押圧手段と、前記減衰プレート及び前記隙間調整プレートを前記移動部材本体に固定する固定手段と、設け、
前記移動部材本体にさらに、前記固定手段が前記減衰プレートを引っ張る方向と反対方向に、前記減衰プレートを押さえつける減衰プレート押圧手段を設ける運動案内装置。 - 軌道部材と移動部材との間に転がり運動可能に転動体を介在させた運動案内装置の移動部材の移動部材本体に、前記軌道部材の表面に対向する表面を有する減衰プレート、並びに前記減衰プレートと前記軌道部材との間の隙間を調整する隙間調整プレートとを組み付ける運動案内装置の組み立て方法であって、
合わせ面に勾配が付けられた前記隙間調整プレートを、合わせ面に勾配が付けられた前記移動部材本体に対して、前記移動部材本体の進行方向に移動させることで、前記減衰プレートと前記軌道部材との間の隙間を調整する隙間調整工程と、
その後、前記減衰プレート及び前記隙間調整プレートを前記移動部材本体に固定する固定工程と、を備え、
前記隙間調整工程と前記固定工程との間に、前記減衰プレートを前記移動部材本体に固定する際に前記減衰プレートが引っ張られる方向と反対方向に、前記減衰プレートを押さえつける減衰プレート押圧工程を備える運動案内装置の組み立て方法。
