Description
Claims (18)
- 収納位置から拘束位置へ展開する車両用拘束システムであって、ガス圧力源によって膨らませることができる一つ以上の支持構造(1,11,11’,12,12’)によって展開が起こり、少なくとも一つの柔軟な保持構造(7,7’)によって取り囲まれた保持体積(13,13’)をもって乗員(10)を拘束位置において拘束し、
支持構造(1,11,11’,12,12’)を膨ませることによって保持体積(13,13’)を取り囲むための柔軟な保持構造(7,7’)が張り上げられ、保持体積が外気を吸引することで充填され、
支持構造の作動状態において前記外気から吸引された気体を加熱するための加熱装置が設けられることを特徴とする拘束システム。 - 支持構造(1,11,11’,12,12’)の作動状態における長手伸張が横伸張をはるかに上回ることを特徴とする請求項1記載の拘束システム。
- 支持構造の一つがパイロットチューブとして形成され、起動直後に充填されることを特徴とする請求項2記載の拘束システム。
- パイロットチューブが設定分割線と重なり合ってエアバッグカバーの下に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項3記載の拘束システム。
- 流出口ないし流入口を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の拘束システム。
- 上記流出口ないし流入口が支持構造の膨張程度に依存して調節できる可変断面を有することを特徴とする請求項5記載の拘束システム。
- 流出口が乗員の方に向かい、前方移動する乗員によって覆われることを特徴とする請求項5あるいは6に記載の拘束システム。
- 流出口が保持体積を取り囲む柔軟な保持構造(7,7’)に組み込まれた目打ち穴のような通孔であることを特徴とする請求項5〜7のいずれかに記載の拘束システム。
- 収納位置がルーフ領域にあることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の拘束システム。
- 保持体積(13,13’)が一回目の起動の後にまた起動できることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の拘束システム。
- 支持構造(1,11,11’,12,12’)の一つが車両の支柱のような硬い構造と少なくとも局部的に重なり合っていることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の拘束システム。
- 支持構造(1,11,11’,12,12’)の少なくとも一つが相互作用エアバッグとして乗員の間に展開することを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の拘束システム。
- 一つないし複数の支持構造(1,11,11’,12,12’)及び/又は柔軟な保持構造,特に柔軟シートが一体製織技術で製造されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の拘束システム。
- 過剰ガスを再配分するために再配分手段を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の拘束システム。
- 再配分手段が過剰なガスを隣り合った支持構造(1,11,11’,12’)へ再配分することを特徴とする請求項14記載の拘束システム。
- 内圧が高すぎたときに再配分手段が支持構造(1,11,11’,12,12’)の断面増大を引き起すことを特徴とする請求項14あるいは15に記載の拘束システム。
- 再配分手段が過剰ガスを周囲又は隣り合った支持構造(1,11,11’,12,12’)に逃す逃し弁であることを特徴とする請求項14〜16のいずれかに記載の拘束システム。
- 加熱装置が着火錠剤又は小型ガス発生器であることを特徴とする請求項1〜17のいずれかに記載の拘束システム。
