Claims (15)
- 一つ以上の支持構造からなり、その支持構造の作動状態における長手伸張が横伸張を実質的に上回り、支持構造が主に長手伸張方向に展開する車両用拘束システムにおいて、
支持構造(7,8,9)が展開中に物体(5)に突き当たるときに、完全な展開の場合に達成できる安定性に至らず、又は、最終体積又は最終伸張に至らないようになっており、
支持構造(7,8,9)がガスで充填でき、
支持構造(7,8,9)によって限定された保持空間が外気を吸引又は取込むことよって充填でき、
保持空間を取り囲む保持材には、直接乗員に向かって保持空間の気体を流出可能な流出口が設けられており、該流出口は、前方移動する乗員によって覆われて封鎖可能である、
ことを特徴とする車両用拘束システム。 - 支持構造(7,8,9)が着火式に生成されたガスで充填できることを特徴とする請求項1記載の車両用拘束システム。
- 互いにまたは周囲に流体力学的に結ばれた複数の支持構造(7,8,9)を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の車両用拘束システム。
- 保持材としての柔軟な平面構造体(11)によって互いにつながる支持構造(7,8,9)を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の車両用拘束システム。
- 上記柔軟な平面構造体は、繊維製である請求項4記載の車両用拘束システム。
- 支持構造(7,8,9)の作動状態において吸引又は取込まれた気体を加熱又は補充する加熱装置を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の車両用拘束システム。
- 上記加熱装置は、着火錠剤又は小型ガス発生器である請求項6記載の車両用拘束システム。
- 過剰ガスを再配分するための再配分手段を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の車両用拘束システム。
- 上記再配分手段が過剰ガスを隣り合った支持構造(7,8,9)へ再配分することを特徴とする請求項8記載の車両用拘束システム。
- 内圧が高すぎたときに再配分手段が支持構造(7,8,9)の断面増大を引き起すことを特徴とする請求項8記載の車両用拘束システム。
- 再配分手段が過剰ガスを周囲又は隣り合った支持構造(7,8,9)に逃す逃し弁であることを特徴とする請求項8記載の車両用拘束システム。
- 流出口が保持空間を取り囲む保持材に組み込まれた、穿孔又は他の通過孔であることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の車両用拘束システム。
- 支持構造(7,8,9)の一つが車の支柱のような硬い構造と少なくとも局部的に重なり合っていることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の車両用拘束システム。
- 支持構造(7,8,9)の少なくとも一つが相互作用エアバッグとして複数の乗員の間に膨らむことを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の車両用拘束システム。
- 一つないし複数の支持構造(7,8,9)又は保持材が一体製織技術で製造されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれかに記載の車両用拘束システム。
