Claims (3)
- 挿入部の先端硬質部に超音波トランスデューサを装着し、この超音波トランスデューサの後部位置から斜め前方に向けて処置具を導出させる処置具導出口を開口させ、またこの処置具導出口より後部側に内視鏡観察手段を設けた傾斜面を形成し、さらに前記超音波トランスデューサの装着部にバルーンを着脱可能に装着する構成とした超音波内視鏡において、
前記先端硬質部には、その超音波トランスデューサの配設部と処置具導出口の開口部との間にバルーン止着溝を形成し、
前記バルーンの端部には止着リングを設けて、この止着リングを前記バルーン止着溝に止着させるようになし、
前記先端硬質部には、さらに前記処置具導出口から導出される処置具を、前記超音波トランスデューサの走査範囲の始端寄りの位置まで摺動ガイドする処置具ガイド部材を設け、この処置具ガイド部材を前記バルーン止着溝の配設部より先端側の位置まで延在させて、前記バルーン止着溝を部分的に覆う
構成としたことを特徴とする超音波内視鏡。 - 前記処置具ガイド部材は、前記バルーン止着溝を覆う処置具ガイド位置と、前記バルーンを装着するために、このバルーン止着溝から離間する溝開放位置とに回動変位可能となし、前記先端硬質部には、前記処置具ガイド部材を処置具ガイド位置に位置決めするストッパ部を設ける構成としたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の超音波内視鏡。
- 前記処置具ガイド部材には、前記ストッパ部に当接する方向に保持する保持手段を備え、この保持手段は手動操作で前記処置具ガイド部材の保持が解除されて、前記溝開放位置に変位可能な構成としたことを特徴とする請求項2記載の超音波内視鏡。
