Description
以下、本発明の実施形態につき、図面を参照して説明する。
次に、図7を参照して本発明の第2の実施の形態を説明する。本実施の形態の特徴は、第1の実施の形態と同様に、ガイド部4、操作部5及び連結部33で構成される穿刺アダプタ3を容易に回動させることができるようにすることにある。
本実施の形態の特徴は、ガイド溝11とガイド部4の筒状部材31により形成されるガイド孔への穿刺針2の挿入を容易にすることにある。
本実施の形態の特徴は、穿刺針2のガイド溝11とガイド部の筒状部材31により形成されるガイド孔の長さを変化させることにある。

Claims (7)
- 被検体に挿入可能な棒状の挿入部を備え、前記挿入部の先端側に超音波の送受信を行う探触子を有し、前記挿入部の側面に穿刺針をガイドするガイド溝が形成された超音波プローブに装着される穿刺アダプタであって、
断面が切り欠きを有する第1及び第2の筒状部材を有し、各筒状部材は連結部を介して連結され、前記切り欠きは前記第1の筒状部材の一端側から他端側に亘り且つ少なくとも前記ガイド溝の幅より広い幅に切り欠かれ、前記第1の筒状部材は前記挿入部の外側に接して前記ガイド溝を覆うように装着され、前記ガイド溝を覆う位置と開放する位置となるように周方向に回動自在に装着されることを特徴とする穿刺アダプタ。 - 前記第1の筒状部材の一端側から他端側の長さがその周方向において異なる請求項1に記載の穿刺アダプタ。
- 前記第1の筒状部材は、その周方向に沿って複数の切り欠き、凹凸形状または穴、或いは、突起を有する請求項1又は乃至請求項2に記載の穿刺アダプタ。
- 前記第1の筒状部材は、バネ性を有する材料からなる請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の穿刺アダプタ。
- 前記第2の筒状部材は、その周方向に沿って複数の切り欠き、凹凸形状または穴、或いは、突起を有する請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の穿刺アダプタ。
- 前記第2の筒状部材は、バネ性を有する材料からなる請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の穿刺アダプタ。
- 被検体に挿入可能な棒状の挿入部を備え、前記挿入部の先端側に超音波の送受信を行う探触子を有し、前記挿入部の側面に穿刺針をガイドするガイド溝が形成された超音波プローブ本体と、
断面が切り欠きを有する第1及び第2の筒状部材を有し、各筒状部材は連結部を介して連結され、前記切り欠きは前記第1の筒状部材の一端側から他端側に亘り且つ少なくとも前記ガイド溝の幅より広い幅に切り欠かれ、前記第1の筒状部材は前記挿入部の外側に接して装着され、前記ガイド溝を覆う位置と開放する位置となるように周方向に回動自在に装着される穿刺アダプタとからなることを特徴とする超音波プローブ。
