Claims (19)
- 式:
nは1または2であり、
XはC1〜C4アルキル、C6〜C10アリールまたはアルキルアリール、およびC3〜C6シクロアルキルから選択され、並びに
ZはCO2XおよびCOXから選択され、式中Xは先に定義した通りであり、
前記方法は、
a)アルカノールまたはアルカノール/エーテルの100/0〜20/80の容積/容積比混合物中で、−20℃〜10℃で、式(II)の化合物を、式(II)の化合物1モルあたり2〜4モルの水素化ホウ素ナトリウムと反応させる工程と
b)前記反応混合物の温度を5℃〜15℃の範囲に設定する工程と、
c)式(II)の化合物1モルあたり1.5〜3.0モルのカルシウム塩を添加する工程と、
を含む調製方法。 - 前記アルカノールがC1〜C4アルカノールである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記エーテルがC2〜C6エーテルである、請求項1または2のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記溶媒がエタノール/メチルtert−ブチルエーテルの混合物である、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- XはC1〜C4アルキルである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- Xはメチルである、請求項5に記載の方法。
- Zはtert−ブトキシカルボニルである、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- Yはメチルである、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記カルシウム塩が塩化カルシウムおよび臭化カルシウムから選択される、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記式(II)の化合物が、(2S,4S)−1−(1,1−ジメチルエチル)−4−メチル−5−オキソ−1,2−ピロリジンジカルボン酸−2−メチルエステルである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記式(II)の化合物が、(2S,4R)−1−(1,1−ジメチルエチル)−4−メチル−5−オキソ−1,2−ピロリジンジカルボン酸−2−メチルエステルである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記アルカノールが、メタノール、エタノール、プロパノール、イソプロパノール、およびブタノールから選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記アルカノールがエタノールである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記エーテルがメチルtert−ブチルエーテル(MTBE)、エチレングリコールジメチルエーテル、ジエチルエーテル、テトラヒドロフラン、ジイソプロピルエーテル、およびジオキサンから選択される、請求項1または2のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記エーテルがメチルtert−ブチルエーテルである、請求項1または2のいずれかに記載の方法。
- エタノール対メチルtertブチルエーテルの比率(容積/容積)が33:67である、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記カルシウム塩が塩化カルシウムである、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の方法。
