Description
Claims (2)
- a.外部供給電源と誘導性負荷の間に介挿され、第1の駆動信号に応じてオン・オフされる第1のスイッチング素子、
b.前記誘導性負荷とアースの間に介挿され、第2の駆動信号に応じてオン・オフされる第2のスイッチング素子、
および
c.前記第1のスイッチング素子と前記誘導性負荷との間で分岐して前記アースに接続される第1の分岐路を有すると共に、前記第1のスイッチング素子がオフ、前記第2のスイッチング素子がオンされるとき、前記誘導性負荷の逆起電圧によって生じる逆起電流を前記アースに還流させる還流回路、
を備えた誘導性負荷の駆動装置において、
d.前記誘導性負荷と前記第2のスイッチング素子との間で分岐して前記外部供給電源に接続される第2の分岐路を有すると共に、前記第1、第2のスイッチング素子がオフされるとき、前記逆起電流を前記外部供給電源に還元する逆起電流還元回路と、
e.エミッタ端子が前記誘導性負荷側に、コレクタ端子が前記外部供給電源側に、ベース端子がツェナーダイオードを介して前記アース側に接続されるように前記第2の分岐路に介挿され、前記第1、第2のスイッチング素子がオフされるときに作用する前記逆起電力に応じてオン・オフされる第3のスイッチング素子と、
を備えると共に、前記逆起電流還元回路は、前記第3のスイッチング素子がオンされるとき、前記逆起電流を前記外部供給電源に還元することを特徴とする誘導性負荷の駆動装置。 - 前記還流回路は、前記第1の駆動信号に応じてオン・オフされる第4のスイッチング素子を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の誘導性負荷の駆動装置。
