Description
図1の製造工程フローに示すように、本実施例の固体電解コンデンサの製造方法は、弁作用金属粉末を有機バインダーと混ぜて造粒する工程1と、造粒物と弁作用金属ワイヤーを型に入れプレス成型する工程2と、プレス成型体を真空下で焼結する工程3と、焼結体へ陰極電解洗浄処理工程4と、焼結体を陽極酸化して誘電体酸化皮膜層を形成する工程5と、誘電体酸化被膜層の上に固体電解質層を形成する工程6と、固体電解質層の上にグラファイト層を形成する工程7と、グラファイト層の上に銀層を形成する工程8と、銀層に導電接着剤で電極を接続する工程9と、電極形成したコンデンサ素子をモールド形成する工程10からなる。
工程4の陰極電解洗浄を酸性溶液中で行った以外は実施例1と同様な方法でコンデンサを完成させた。即ち、工程4で焼結体にリン酸と硫酸の混酸の水溶液中で陰極電解洗浄を行い、焼結体に付いたバインダー残渣を除去した。本実施例2で用いたリン酸と硫酸の混酸はヘンケルジャパン株式会社製「P3 lavoxyd S」を使用した。
工程4の陰極電解洗浄をフッ化水素酸と硝酸と硫酸の混酸水溶液中で行った以外は実施例1と同様な方法でコンデンサを完成させた。即ち、工程4で焼結体にフッ化水素酸と硝酸と硫酸の混酸の水溶液中で陰極電解洗浄を行い、焼結体に付いたバインダー残渣を除去した。
タンタル焼結体に陰極電解洗浄を行わない以外は実施例1と同様な方法でコンデンサを完成させた。即ち、図3の第3工程で得たタンタル焼結体に陰極電解洗浄を行わず、第4工程で、タンタル焼結体をリン酸水溶液中で電圧を印加して陽極酸化し、タンタル微粉末表面全体が誘電体酸化皮膜層で被覆されたタンタル固体電解コンデンサの陽極体を得た。

Claims (3)
- 弁作用金属粉末を有機バインダーと混ぜて造粒する工程と、造粒物と弁作用金属リードを型に入れプレス成型する工程と、プレス成型体を真空下で焼結する工程と、焼結体を陽極酸化して誘電体酸化皮膜層を形成する工程とを有する固体電解コンデンサの製造方法において、前記誘電体酸化皮膜層を形成する工程の前に、前記焼結体を電解洗浄するための陰極電解洗浄処理工程を行うことを特徴とする固体電解コンデンサの製造方法。
- 前記陰極電解洗浄処理は酸性溶液中で行うことを特徴とする請求項1記載の固体電解コンデンサの製造方法。
- 前記酸性溶液はフッ化水素酸と硝酸と硫酸の混酸溶液であることを特徴とする請求項2記載の固体電解コンデンサの製造方法。
