Description
Claims (22)
- 炉扉開口部内に位置決めし得るコークス炉扉用の炉扉ラッチシステムであって:
炉扉に回転可能に取り付けることができかつ炉扉が炉の開口部内に配置されたときに炉扉開口部に隣接したバックステイ部材上のストライカー板と可変に組み合うためのクサビ状の弓形の組み合いエッジを有する回転部材であって、その上にタブ部材を有する前記回転部材;及び
炉扉の開閉運転に関連して回転部材を回すようにタブ部材と組み合う遠隔運転される調整アクチュエーター
を備えた前記炉扉ラッチシステム。 - 炉扉が、所定の位置において回転部材の回転を終了させるための停止用部材を更に備える請求項1の炉扉ラッチシステム。
- 遠隔運転される調整アクチュエーターが油圧シリンダー及びレバー部材を備え、レバー部材はタブ部材と組み合うための第1の端部及び油圧シリンダーに取り付けられる第2の端部を持っている請求項1の炉扉ラッチシステム。
- 遠隔運転される調整アクチュエーターが組み合い端部と受け入れ端部とを有するフィンガー部材を備え、フィンガー部材は組み合い端部と反対の端部において油圧シリンダーに取り付けられており、フィンガー部材は油圧シリンダーが作動したとき回転部材を回すために回転部材のタブ部材と組み合う請求項1の炉扉ラッチシステム。
- フィンガー部材は、回転部材がバックステイのストライカー板と組み合わないときに回転部材のタブ部材を受け入れるための凹んだ区域を備える請求項4の炉扉ラッチシステム。
- 回転部材の組み合いエッジが、120゜の弓形経路にわたり1mm当たり約0.04から約0.10mmの範囲の、その一方の端部からその第2の端部に至る傾斜を有する請求項1の炉扉ラッチシステム。
- 調整アクチュエーターが、石炭の充填及びコークスの排出運転のために、炉に近接して動き得る押し込み及び充填用の機械又はユーティリティカー上に配置される請求項1の炉扉ラッチシステム。
- 扉の開口部を閉鎖するためにコークス炉扉が扉開口部内に配置されたとき、コークス炉扉開口部を通る空気の漏洩を減らす方法であって:
コークス炉扉用の炉扉ラッチシステムであって、炉扉に回転できるように取り付けられそして炉扉が炉の開口部内に配置されたとき炉扉開口部に隣接したバックステイ部材上のストライカー板と可変に組み合うためのクサビ状の弓形の組み合いエッジを有する前記扉ラッチシステムを準備し、回転部材は回転部材をストライカー板に近接した組み合い位置からストライカー板より遠い非組み合い位置に動かすための、その上のタブ部材を持っており;
回転部材を組み合い位置から非組み合い位置に動かすための遠隔運転される調整アクチュエーターを準備し;
扉開口部内にコークス炉扉を配置し、
回転部材と調整部材とを組み合い;更に
炉扉の閉鎖運転中、回転部材の大きくなっていくクサビ部分がバックステイのストライカー板と組み合わせられるように回転部材を回すように調整アクチュエーターを作動させる
諸段階を含む方法。 - 炉扉が、非組み合い位置における回転部材の回転を終了させるための停止用部材を更に備える請求項8の方法。
- 遠隔運転される調整アクチュエーターが油圧シリンダー及びレバー部材を備え、レバー部材が、タブ部材と組み合う第1の端部及び油圧シリンダーとを組み合う第2の端部を持っている請求項8の方法。
- 遠隔運転される調整アクチュエーターが組み合い端部と受け入れ端部とを有するフィンガー部材を備え、フィンガー部材は組み合い端部とは反対の端部において油圧シリンダーに取り付けられ、フィンガー部材は作動段階中、回転部材のタブ部材と組み合い、これにより回転部材を組み合い位置又は非組み合い位置に回す請求項9の方法。
- フィンガー部材は、回転部材がバックステイのストライカー板と組み合わせられないときに回転部材のタブ部材を受け入れるための凹んだ区域を備える請求項11の方法。
- 回転部材の組み合いエッジが、120゜の弓形経路にわたり1mm当たり約0.04から約0.10mmの範囲の、その一方の端部からその第2の端部に至る傾斜を有する請求項8の方法。
- 調整アクチュエーターがユーティリティカー上に配置され、更に調整アクチュエーターを作動させる前の石炭充填及びコークス排出のために炉の近くでユーティリティカーを動かすことを含む請求項8の方法。
- 調整アクチュエーターが2位置式の油圧シリンダーを備え、回転部材を組み合い位置から非組み合い位置に動かすために回転部材のタブ部材に隣接したフィンガー部材を旋回させるようにシリンダーを第1の位置から第2の位置に作動させることを含む請求項8の方法。
- 炉の炉扉を密閉するための炉扉ラッチ機構であって:
炉のバックステイのストライカー板に可変に組み合うために炉扉に取り付けられた回転クサビ手段;及び
回転クサビ手段をストライカー板に隣接した組み合い位置からストライカー板より離れた非組み合い位置に回転させるための炉扉から遠いアクチュエーター手段
を備える炉扉ラッチ機構。 - 炉扉が、所定の位置において回転クサビ手段の回転を終了させるための停止用部材を更に備える請求項16の炉扉ラッチ機構。
- アクチュエーター手段が油圧シリンダー及びレバー部材を備え、レバー部材は回転クサビ手段上のタブ部材と組み合うための第1の端部及び油圧シリンダーに取り付けられる第2の端部を有する請求項16の炉扉ラッチ機構。
- アクチュエーター手段が組み合い端部と受け入れ端部とを有するフィンガー部材を備え、フィンガーは組み合い端部と反対の端部において油圧シリンダーに取り付けられ、フィンガー部材は油圧シリンダーの作動の際に回転クサビ手段を回すために回転クサビ手段のタブ部材と組み合う請求項16の炉扉ラッチ機構。
- フィンガー部材は、回転クサビ手段がバックステイのストライカー板と組み合わせられないときに回転クサビ手段のタブ部材を受け入れるための凹んだ区域を備える請求項19の炉扉ラッチ機構。
- 回転クサビ手段が、120゜の弓形経路にわたり1mm当たり約0.04から約0.10mmの範囲の、その一方の端部からその第2の端部に至る傾斜を有する組み合いエッジを備える請求項16の炉扉ラッチ機構。
