技术领域
本公开内容涉及一种改进炉门闩锁机构,并且更具体涉及一种用于在炼焦操作过程中密封炉门的旋转楔形闩锁系统。
背景技术
用于水平焦炉的焦炉门是炼焦循环过程中空气泄漏的源头。每个水平焦炉有两个门。一个门位于炉的装煤侧,而第二个门位于炉的卸焦侧。各门分别由耐火材料和金属的组合制成并且非常大且重。需要门封闭炉以便从大约1000°到大约1500℃之间的焦炉内热量,并保持炉内的负压力。需要负压力来使烟气和燃烧产物远离炉内焦床移动。
由于炉在负压力下作操作,重要的是装料门和卸焦门二者尽可能保持紧密关闭,并且门在整个炼焦循环中保持紧密关闭。紧密关闭的门意味着门紧密保持在炉门垛、门楣以及底系定板上。松动的门允许过量空气渗入,这会导致不良产品质量或低产量。进入炉的过量空气可以与非常热的焦炭(1000+°C)接触。一旦形成接触,空气使焦炭产品燃烧,由此降低其价值并导致产量损失。
用于保持门与焦炉成关闭关系的传统门闩锁由手动调节的凸轮闩锁组成。凸轮闩锁与设置在炉门两侧的梁的前凸缘的背面啮合。每个门通常存在四个凸轮闩锁。
门闩锁关闭需要工作人员在用于旋转并拧紧凸轮闩锁的扳手上施加作用力。这种作用力可能导致背部劳损或其它损伤。此外,工作人员仅能够对每个凸轮闩锁施加大约600千克的作用力。这种大小的作用力不足以克服门框或者门垛的微小不规则,例如翘曲、弯曲以及固体物堆积(solids buildup)。因而,该门不能关闭得象减小或防止过量空气渗入炉内锁必须的那样紧。
在48小时的炼焦循环过程中,存在炉相对门的微小移动。这些移动是差异性热膨胀的结果。这种移动具有使凸轮闩锁略微旋转并变松的趋势。通常大约百分之25到50的凸轮闩锁在炼焦循环过程中变松。因而,需要相当大的人力来监视并调整凸轮闩锁以便进行有效焦炉操作。
因而,存在对不易移动或变松并且能够在炉门关闭操作过程中自动而不是手动定位的门闩锁系统的需要。
发明内容
针对上述以及其它需要和目的,在一个实施例中提供了一种用于可定位在炉门开口内的焦炉门的炉门闩锁系统以及密封焦炉的方法。该门闩锁系统包括可旋转附着到炉门上的旋转件。该旋转件具有用于在炉门设置在炉的开口内时可变啮合炉门开口附近的背撑构件上的挡料板的楔形拱形啮合边缘。在旋转构件上还包括翼片构件。提供远程操作调节执行器以便啮合翼片构件来结合炉门打开或关闭操作旋转该旋转件。通过该旋转楔形闩锁系统提供了增强的炉门密封。
在另一实施例中,提供了一种用于在焦炉门设置在焦炉的门开口内以便关闭门开口时减小经门开口的空气泄漏的方法。该方法包括为焦炉门提供炉门闩锁系统。该门闩锁系统包含旋转附着到炉门上的旋转件。该旋转件具有用于在炉门设置在炉的开口内时可变啮合炉门开口附近的背撑构件上的挡料板的楔形拱形啮合边缘。旋转构件上还包括翼片构件,以便将旋转件从挡料板附近的啮合位置移动到远离挡料板的非啮合位置。提供远程操作调节执行器以便将旋转件从啮合位置移动到非啮合位置。在门的关闭操作过程中,焦炉门设置在门开口内。该调节执行器与旋转构件啮合。随着调节执行器促动,执行器旋转旋转件以使旋转件的渐增楔形部分与炉门附近的背撑的挡料板啮合。

本申请描述的机构和方法的重要优点在于一旦楔形构件与炉背撑的挡料板啮合,该旋转楔形构件基本进行自调节。闩锁系统的自调节特征意味着闩锁在炉加热循环过程中不松动,由此减小到炉内的空气泄漏。实际上,即使存在,闩锁的移动趋向于增加门密封。
该系统的另一优点在于可以使用相对简单的调节机构而不是人力定位门闩锁来密封炉门。因而,该系统导致背部损伤的减少以及操作炉子所需人力的减少。此外,炉门的各旋转楔形构件提供了独立的门密封作用力,以便即使炉门竖起(cocked)也对炉门进行密封。

具体实施方式
焦炉,特别是无回收焦炉,通常设置在焦炭厂的炉组内。取决于炉的尺寸,每个炉的炼焦循环大约48小时。因而,存在周期性从炉卸焦炭以及向炉装煤。已经设计出用于装煤和从炉卸焦炭的机械装置。该装置包括用于在装料和卸料操作过程中移开并归位水平炼焦炉的炉门的机构。这种装置以及焦炉操作的一般性描述包含在Pruitt的美国专利No.5,447,606中,本申请通过参照结合了其公开内容。
如上面所指出的,在装煤和卸焦炭的操作过程中要移开炉门。典型的炉门包含多个用于密封炉门的闩锁。然而,传统闩锁不能自调节,并且在许多实例中由于松动需要不断调节。因而,提供了一种改进炉门闩锁系统。
如图1和图2所示,根据本申请所描述的实施例,炉门10包含设置在门10的周边14附近的多个旋转闩锁12。在图1中,显示了四个闩锁12。然而,取决于门的尺寸、闩锁12的尺寸以及特定焦炉的其它设计规格,炉门可以包含更多或者更少的闩锁12。如图1所示,闩锁12设置在适于在焦炉开口内移开并归位(replace)门10的位置。根据本公开内容的目的,门10可以是装煤门或者卸焦门。
炉门10优选是由钢制成并具有施加到门的炉侧的耐火材料16的门。在炉门移开以及归位的操作过程中,公用车(utility car)定位在门10附近以便使用提升翼片(lifting tabs)18将门10提出炉开口。制动件22固定附着到炉门10上,例如通过焊接,以便闩锁12旋转并啮合炉结构件,例如背撑(buck stay)。因而,对于每个闩锁12,都存在对应制动件22。
在图3-图5中详细显示了根据本申请描述的实施例的优选旋转楔形闩锁12。该闩锁12包括用于可变啮合如图6所示的固定附着到炉背撑28上的挡料板(striker plate)26的拱形、楔形边缘24。闩锁12包括用于初始啮合挡料板26并提供到闩锁12的楔形边缘24的相对平滑的过渡的斜边或倒角边缘30。拱形边缘24的相对端包括用于接触炉门10的制动件22的制动板32。闩锁12可以由任何适当弹性金属或合金制成,包括但不局限于,厚度足以承受由炉和炉门10加热及冷却后的膨胀及收缩而在闩锁12上产生的压力的硬化钢。
拱形边缘24的长度足以在由于大气状况变化以及炉温变化而产生膨胀以及收缩过程中在炉门10移动之后逐步啮合挡料板26。因而,倘若边缘24的坡度在每毫米拱形长度大约0.04到大约0.01毫米的范围内,边缘24优选具有在大约80到大约180度范围内的拱形长度,最优选是大约120度。拱形边缘24的总长可以优选在大约40到大约100厘米的范围内或者更多。
在闩锁12上还包括用于将闩锁12从图1所示的位置旋转到图6所示的边缘24啮合挡料板26的位置的翼片构件34。如图4-图6所示,翼片构件34在与边缘24的同一侧从闩锁12的第一表面36基本垂直延伸。翼片构件34还设置在闩锁12的枢轴轴线38和边缘24。闩锁12的枢轴轴线38由从闩锁12的第二表面42悬垂的枢轴销40提供。枢轴销40包括用于将枢轴销40保持在圆柱形导管46(图6)中以便在其内进行旋转的周向沟槽44。

在图11中显示了用于旋转闩锁12的执行器机构64。该执行器机构64远离炉门10并可以包括在公用车或其他移动装置上,以便炉的装料和/或卸料操作过程中移动到炉门10附近。在图11所示的一个实施例中,执行器机构64包括附着于杠杆构件68上的双动气缸66。双动气缸66可以是将杠杆构件68从如图11右侧所示的第一位置移动到图11左侧所示的第二位置的液压或者空气操作气缸。

当包含执行器机构64的公用车或者推动及装料机位于炉的门10附近时,为了将门放置或承坐在炉门垛上,门提升机构在门10上施加压力,由此使炉开口略微变形。随着炉开口变形,启动执行器机构64来将闩锁12旋转到图9所示的第二位置。由于闩锁12自由旋转直到边缘12与挡料板26接触,因而需要较小的力来旋转闩锁12。炉门10向内朝炉的任何进一步变形将使闩锁12能够在重力作用下旋转,以便当释放门10上的作用力时更紧密地啮合挡料板26。
同样,当从炉开口移开门10时,通过推动及装料机或者公用车对门10施加压力,由此增加挡料板26在闩锁12的边缘24上的压力。和前面一样,当门10推入(forced)炉门垛内时,使用执行器机构64需要非常小的作用力来旋转闩锁12。
在图15和图16中显示了可用于啮合翼片构件34以便旋转闩锁12的又一执行器机构90。在本实施例中,执行器机构90包括旋转轴92以及附着于轴92上的叶片构件94。随着叶片构件94旋转,它与闩锁的翼片构件34啮合,使得闩锁12如上文所述地旋转。在这种情况下,轴92可以在啮合操作过程中旋转大约360°。轴92可以例如通过旋转轴92并在翼片构件34上施加足以旋转闩锁12的作用力的电动马达96、液压马达、气压马达或者其它适当装置进行旋转。

Claims (22)

用于啮合所述翼片构件的远程操作调节执行器,以便结合炉门打开或关闭操作旋转所述旋转件。

7.根据权利要求1所述的炉门闩锁系统,其特征在于:所述调节执行器设置在可在炉附近移动以便进行装煤和卸焦操作的推动和装料机或公用车上。
8.一种用于在焦炉门设置在焦炉门开口内以便关闭所述门开口时减小经所述门开口的空气泄漏的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
为焦炉门提供炉门闩锁系统,所述门闩锁系统包括可旋转附着于所述炉门上并具有啮合边缘的旋转件,以便在所述炉门设置在炉的开口内时可变地啮合所述炉门开口附近的背撑构件上的挡料板,所述旋转件具有位于其上的翼片构件,以便将所述旋转件从所述挡料板附近的啮合位置移动到远离所述挡料板的非啮合位置,而所述啮合边缘侧视为楔形,俯视为拱形;
提供远程操作调节执行器,以便将所述旋转件从所述啮合位置移动到所述非啮合位置;
将所述焦炉门设置在所述门开口内;
啮合所述旋转件和所述调节执行器;
促动所述调节执行器以旋转所述旋转件,以便在炉门关闭操作过程中将所述旋转件的渐增的楔形部分与所述背撑构件上的挡料板啮合。
9.根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于:所述炉门进一步包括用于使所述旋转件的旋转终止到所述非啮合位置的制动件。
10.根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于:所述远程操作调节执行器包括液压气缸和杠杆构件,所述杠杆构件具有用于啮合所述翼片构件的第一端以及附着于所述液压气缸上的第二端。
11.根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于:所述远程操作调节执行器包括具有啮合端和接收端的指形构件,所述指形构件在与所述啮合端相反的端部附着到液压气缸上,其中所述指形构件在所述促动步骤过程中啮合所述旋转件的翼片构件,由此将所述旋转件旋转到所述啮合或非啮合位置。
12.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于:所述指形构件包括用于在所述旋转件不与所述背撑构件上的挡料板啮合时接收所述旋转件的翼片构件的槽区域。
13.根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于:所述旋转件的啮合边缘在120°的拱形路径上从其一端到其第二端的坡度范围为每毫米0.04到0.10毫米。
14.根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于:所述调节执行器设置在公用车上,在炉附近移动所述公用车以便在促动所述调节执行器之前进行装煤和卸焦操作。
15.根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于:所述调节执行器包括双位液压气缸,促动所述气缸从第一位置到第二位置,以便在所述旋转件的翼片构件附近枢轴转动指形构件来将所述旋转件从所述啮合位置移动到所述非啮合位置。
16.一种用于密封炉子的炉门的炉门闩锁机构,包括:
附着到所述炉门上用于可变啮合炉背撑的挡料板的旋转楔形装置;以及
远离所述炉门的用于将所述旋转楔形装置从所述挡料板附近的啮合位置旋转到远离所述挡料板的非啮合位置的执行器装置。
17.根据权利要求16所述的炉门闩锁机构,其特征在于:所述炉门进一步包括用于将所述旋转楔形装置的旋转终止在预定位置的制动件。
18.根据权利要求16所述的炉门闩锁机构,其特征在于:所述执行器装置包括液压气缸和杠杆构件,所述杠杆构件具有用于啮合所述旋转楔形装置上的翼片构件的第一端以及附着到所述液压气缸上的第二端。
19.根据权利要求16所述的炉门闩锁机构,其特征在于:所述执行器装置包括具有啮合端和接收端的指形构件,所述指形构件在与所述啮合端相反的端部附着到液压气缸,其中所述指形构件啮合所述旋转楔形装置的翼片构件以便在促动所述液压气缸时旋转所述旋转楔形装置。
20.根据权利要求19所述的炉门闩锁机构,其特征在于:所述指形构件包括用于在所述旋转楔形装置不与所述背撑的挡料板啮合时接收所述旋转楔形装置的翼片构件的槽区域。
21.根据权利要求16所述的炉门闩锁机构,其特征在于:所述旋转楔形装置的啮合边缘在120°的拱形路径上从其一端到其第二端的坡度范围为每毫米0.04到0.10毫米。
22.根据权利要求16所述的炉门闩锁机构,其特征在于:所述执行器装置设置在可在炉附近移动以便进行装煤以及卸焦炭操作的推动及装料机或者公用车上。
