Description
また、この構成によれば、間欠駆動回路は、第1のトランジスタ、分圧抵抗、ダイオード、及び第1のコンデンサというように、簡便な回路で構成されているため、回路規模をほとんど増やすことなく、待機電力を低減させることができる。
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1による非接触電力伝送回路が適用される充電システムの回路図を示している。この充電システムは、非接触電力伝送回路1と受電装置2とを備えている。非接触電力伝送回路1は、受電装置2を載置するための載置部(図略)が筐体に設けられ、この載置部に載置される受電装置2に非接触で電力を伝送することで、受電装置2を充電する充電回路である。受電装置2としては、例えば、電動歯ブラシ、携帯電話、ノートブックパソコン、電気カミソリ、電動工具等の充電可能な電気機器が採用される。
図4は、本発明の実施の形態2による非接触電力伝送回路が適用される充電システムの回路図を示している。本実施の形態における非接触電力伝送回路は、共振回路11を他励発振させることを特徴とする。なお、本実施の形態において、実施の形態1と同一のものは説明を省略する。
実施の形態3による非接触電力伝送回路1は、実施の形態1の非接触電力伝送回路1において、更に定電圧ダイオードを設けたことを特徴とする。図6は、実施の形態3による非接触電力伝送回路1が適用された充電システムの回路図を示している。なお、本実施の形態において、実施の形態1、2と同一のものは説明を省略する。
図7は、実施の形態4による非接触電力伝送回路1が適用された充電システムの回路図を示している。なお、本実施の形態において、実施の形態1〜3と同一のものは説明を省略する。実施の形態4による非接触電力伝送回路1は、実施の形態1による非接触電力伝送回路1において、自励発振回路121と間欠駆動回路122とを共用したことを特徴とする。

Claims (2)
- 載置部に載置された受電装置に非接触で電力を伝送する非接触電力伝送回路であって、
前記受電装置に電力を伝送する電力伝送用コイル及び前記電力伝送用コイルと共振する共振コンデンサを含む共振回路と、
オン・オフを繰り返すことで前記共振回路を共振させるスイッチング素子と、
前記電力伝送用コイルの電圧に基づいて、前記受電装置が前記載置部に載置しているか否かを検出し、前記受電装置が載置されていないことを検出した場合、前記受電装置が載置されている場合に比べて、前記スイッチング素子のオンする期間が短くなるように、前記スイッチング素子を駆動する駆動回路とを備え、
前記駆動回路は、
前記電力伝送用コイルの電圧に基づいて、前記スイッチング素子を繰り返しオン・オフし、前記共振回路を自励発振させる自励発振回路と、
前記受電装置が載置されていないことを検出した場合、前記自励発振回路を間欠駆動させる間欠駆動回路とを備え、
前記間欠駆動回路は、
前記スイッチング素子の制御端子に接続され、前記スイッチング素子をターンオフさせる第1のトランジスタと、
前記電力伝送用コイルの電圧を分圧し、前記第1のトランジスタの制御端子に出力する分圧抵抗と、
前記共振回路及び前記分圧抵抗間に接続されたダイオードと、
前記第1のトランジスタの制御端子に接続され、前記分圧抵抗により分圧された電圧で充電される第1のコンデンサととを備えることを特徴とする非接触電力伝送回路。 - 前記間欠駆動回路は、ダイオード及び前記分圧抵抗間に接続された定電圧ダイオードを備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の非接触電力伝送回路。
