Claims (15)
- ガイドワイヤであって、
基端区分と先端区分とを備える長尺状の内側コア部材と、該コア部材の先端区分は基端部分と先端部分とを備えることと、
ニッケル−チタン合金製の管材からなり、基端部と先端部とこれらの間に延びる内表面とを有する長尺状の補強部材と、該長尺状の補強部材は、少なくとも1つの切り込みおよび少なくとも1つの溝のいずれか一方を有することと、前記コア部材の先端区分の先端部分が該補強部材から離間し、かつ、該補強部材の内表面が前記コア部材の先端区分の基端部分の基端から先端にわたって該コア部材の外周面と接触するように、該コア部材の先端区分の基端部分の周囲に配置されることと、
前記コア部材の先端区分の周囲に配置される外側部材と、該コア部材の先端区分の先端部分と前記外側部材との間に材料層が介在していないことと、
前記補強部材と前記外側部材との間には空間が設けられていることとを特徴とするガイドワイヤ。 - 前記少なくとも1つの切り込みおよび少なくとも1つの溝のいずれか一方は、前記補強部材の長さ方向にらせん状をなすように形成されている請求項1に記載のガイドワイヤ。
- 前記コア部材の先端区分の先端部分は、非円形断面を有する請求項1に記載のガイドワイヤ。
- 前記コア部材はステンレス鋼からなる請求項1に記載のガイドワイヤ。
- 前記外側部材はコイルからなる請求項1に記載のガイドワイヤ。
- 前記コイルはステンレス鋼からなる請求項5に記載のガイドワイヤ。
- 前記外側部材はポリマーからなる請求項1に記載のガイドワイヤ。
- 前記コア部材の先端区分はステンレス鋼からなる請求項1に記載のガイドワイヤ。
- 前記コア部材の基端区分は径を有し、前記外側部材は前記コア部材の基端区分の径とほぼ等しい外径を有する請求項1に記載のガイドワイヤ。
- ガイドワイヤであって、
基端区分と、少なくとも一部においてステンレス鋼を含む先端区分とを備える長尺状の内側コア部材と、該コア部材の先端区分は基端部分と先端部分とを備えることと、
ニッケル−チタン合金製の管材からなり、基端部と先端部とこれらの間に延びる内表面とを有する長尺状の補強部材と、該長尺状の補強部材は、少なくとも1つの切り込みおよび少なくとも1つの溝のいずれか一方を有することと、前記コア部材の先端区分の先端部分が該補強部材から離間し、かつ、該補強部材の内表面が前記コア部材の先端区分の基端部分の基端から先端にわたって該コア部材の外周面と接触するように、該コア部材の先端区分の基端部分の周囲に配置されることと、
前記コア部材の先端区分の周囲に配置される外側部材と、該コア部材の先端区分の先端部分と前記外側部材との間に材料層が介在していないことと、
前記補強部材と前記外側部材との間には空間が設けられていることとを特徴とするガイドワイヤ。 - ガイドワイヤであって、
基端区分と、少なくとも一部においてステンレス鋼を含む先端区分とを備える長尺状の内側コア部材と、該内側コア部材の先端区分は、第1の断面積を有する基端部分と、該第1の断面積よりも小さい第2の断面積を有する中間部分と、リボン形状を有する先端部分とを備えることと、
ニッケル−チタン合金製の管材からなり、基端部と先端部とこれらの間に延びる内表面とを有する長尺状の補強部材と、該長尺状の補強部材は、少なくとも1つの切り込みおよび少なくとも1つの溝のいずれか一方を有することと、前記コア部材の先端区分の先端部分が該補強部材から離間し、かつ、該補強部材の内表面が、前記コア部材の先端区分の中間部分の基端から先端にわたって該コア部材の外周面と接触するように、該コア部材の先端区分の中間部分の周囲に配置されることと、
前記コア部材の先端区分の周囲に配置される外側部材と、該コア部材の先端区分の先端部分と前記外側部材との間に材料層が介在していないことと、
前記補強部材と前記外側部材との間には空間が設けられていることと、
ステンレス鋼を含み、該内側コア部材の先端部分および該補強部材上に延びるバネチップをさらに備えることとを特徴とするガイドワイヤ。 - 前記コア部材の中間部分および先端部分の少なくとも一部は、ステンレス鋼を含む請求項11に記載のガイドワイヤ。
- 前記コア部材の基端部分は径を有し、該コア部材の中間部分の径は前記基端部分の径よりも小径である請求項11に記載のガイドワイヤ。
- 前記バネチップは外径を有し、該外径は前記コア部材の基端部分の径とほぼ等しい請求項13に記載のガイドワイヤ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの切り込みおよび少なくとも1つの溝のいずれか一方は、前記補強部材の長さ方向にらせん状をなすように形成されている請求項11に記載のガイドワイヤ。
