Claims (19)
- 少なくとも1つの単極保護開閉器モジュール(2)を有する保護開閉器(1)であってハウジング(3)と、可動接点(84)を担持して閉鎖位置と開放位置との間を固定接点(85)に対し揺動可能な開閉腕(43)と、閉鎖位置と開放位置の間で開閉腕(43)を手動変位させるための手動操作機構(42)と、引外し条件発生時に開閉腕(43)を開放位置に自動復帰させるための引外し機構(44)とを含み、
開閉腕(43)が開放位置の方向にばね押しされており、
開閉腕(43)が、手動操作機構(42)とラッチ可能なラッチレバー(49)と可動接点(84)を担持する接点レバー(48)とを含み、ラッチレバー(49)がハウジング(3)で揺動可能に支承され、かつピボット(81)を介して接点レバー(48)と結合されており、
引外し機構(44)が引外し摺動子(53)を有し、この引外し摺動子が引外し器(55、56)によって待機位置から引外し位置の方向に摺動可能であり、
接点レバー(48)が回転固定されるように引外し摺動子(53)が開閉腕(43)を付勢する保護開閉器。 - 手動操作機構(42)が駆動子(46)を有し、閉鎖位置に変位させるためにこの駆動子と開閉腕(43)がラッチ可能であり、引外し摺動子(53)が、押し進めながら開閉腕(43)を駆動子(46)からラッチ解除して開放位置の方向に付勢するように形成されている請求項1記載の保護開閉器。
- 開閉腕(43)をラッチ解除するために引外し摺動子(53)が、駆動子(46)を案内するラッチ解除輪郭(93)を有する請求項1又は2記載の保護開閉器。
- 開閉腕(43)を開放位置の方向に付勢すべく、引外し摺動子(53)が止め(95)を有する請求項1から3の1つに記載の保護開閉器。
- 引外し摺動子(53)が、逐次押し進めながら開閉腕(43)を同時にラッチ解除して開放位置の方向に付勢するように形成されている請求項1から4の1つに記載の保護開閉器。
- 引外し摺動子(53)が引外し器(55、56)によって押し進められながらゼロとは異なる初速度で開閉腕(43)に衝突して開閉腕を開放位置の方向に付勢する請求項1から5の1つに記載の保護開閉器。
- 接点レバー(48)がラッチレバー(49)に対して閉鎖位置の方向に弾力的に予荷重を受けている請求項6記載の保護開閉器。
- ばねが、可動接点(84)の方から見てピボット(81)の背後で接点レバー(48)に作用する請求項7記載の保護開閉器。
- 引外し摺動子(53)がピボット(81)の領域で開閉腕(43)に衝突する請求項1から8の1つに記載の保護開閉器。
- 開放位置に回避時に開閉腕(43)が引外し摺動子(53)をその引外し位置に駆動する請求項1から9の1つに記載の保護開閉器。
- 引外し摺動子(53)がラッチ解除輪郭(93)の構成要素として滑り斜面(98)を有し、該滑り斜面に駆動子(46)が作用し、閉鎖位置への開閉腕(43)の変位時に同時に引外し摺動子(53)が引外し位置から待機位置の方向に押し進められ、待機位置への引外し摺動子(53)の押し進めが阻止されているとき滑り斜面で駆動子(46)が開閉腕(43)からラッチ解除される請求項3から10の1つに記載の保護開閉器。
- 手動操作機構(42)が揺動レバー(7)と連結棒(45)を含み、該連結棒(45)が固定端(89)を揺動レバー(7)で偏心支承され、自由端で駆動子(46)を担持している請求項1から11の1つに記載の保護開閉器。
- 揺動レバー(7)が、開閉腕(43)の開放位置に一致した第1揺動位置の方向に予荷重を受けている請求項12記載の保護開閉器。
- 閉鎖位置にある開閉腕(43)に駆動子(46)をラッチングすることによって揺動レバー(7)が、予荷重に抗して、閉鎖位置に一致する第2揺動位置で鎖錠可能である請求項13記載の保護開閉器。
- 開閉腕(43)が開放位置に復帰しかつ揺動レバー(7)が第1揺動位置に復帰すると駆動子(46)が開閉腕(43)と自動的にラッチングされる請求項13又は14記載の保護開閉器。
- 揺動レバー(7)の第1揺動位置の際、ばねによって連結棒(45)が開閉腕(43)の方に付勢される請求項15記載の保護開閉器。
- 揺動レバー(7)に一体に射出成形されるばね接合板(72)によって前記ばねが形成されている請求項16記載の保護開閉器。
- 過負荷引外し器(55)が引外し摺動子(53)を押し進めるためのバイメタル板(54)を有し、
引外し摺動子(53)が作用部(111)を有し、引外し摺動子(53)を押し進めるためのバイメタル板(54)がこの作用部に作用し、該作用部(111)が偏心輪(113)により形成されており、該偏心輪が引外し摺動子(53)に対し回動可能であり、こうして作用部(111)とバイメタル板(54)との間に生じる距離が調整可能である請求項1から17の1つに記載の保護開閉器。 - 偏心輪(113)が、複数の規定された回転位置において引外し摺動子(53)に掛け止め可能である請求項18記載の保護開閉器。
