Description
このように、アルコール発酵をさせないことで、通常のドリンク剤として適用できる。
精米によって生じる米糠には、果皮、種皮、糊粉層及び胚芽部分が含まれ、通常、精白米を作る場合、玄米重量のほぼ8〜10%が糠として分離される。米糠はオレイン酸やリノール酸など不飽和脂肪酸に富んでおり、これらは酸化されやすいため、エキス抽出後においては除去することが望ましい。
この際、各エキスの臭いを和らげてさらに飲み易くするために、コーヒー香料などの様々な香料を添加することも任意である。
尚、以下に示す混合例は、一例であって、その分量については限定されるものではない。
また、特に亜鉛は癌や老化の原因とされる活性酸素を抑える働きがある。また、体内には活性酸素を抑制する酵素があり、その酵素を活性化させるのに必要になるのが亜鉛とされている。さらに、亜鉛はこれ以外にも各種酵素を助ける働きがあるとされている。このことから、ヒュウガトウキエキスだけではなし得なかった効果を、米糠エキスを加えることによって、亜鉛が体内を効果的に活性化するであろうことが推察される。
上記の本発明の効果に対して、比較例として、米糠エキスを混合しないヒュウガトウキエキスのみで行った効果の例を示す。この場合は、調味のために、前記した方法で得られたヒュウガトウキ抽出エキス液の全重量に対して、前記実施形態と同様にステビア0.7重量%、オリゴ糖2.6重量%、ハチミツ1.1重量%、食塩0.9重量%を添加して、ドリンク剤を作製した。
以上の効果確認結果から本発明の有効性が確認できた。
Claims (5)
- ヒュウガトウキを煮出して得た抽出液をろ過し、不純物を取り除いたものに、少なくともクエン酸を加えることで酸性に調整したヒュウガトウキ抽出エキス液を得る工程と、米糠を煮出した抽出液に、クエン酸を加えることで該抽出液に含まれる蛋白質を凝固沈殿させるとともに、黄麹を加えることで澱粉質に起因する白濁浮遊物を分解すると同時に沈殿させ、その後上澄み液を分取することで透明の米糠抽出エキス液を得る工程と、前記各工程で得られたヒュウガトウキ抽出エキス液と米糠抽出エキス液とを混合する工程を備えたことを特徴とする健康飲料の製造方法。
- 前記ヒュウガトウキは、根部を除く全草であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の健康飲料の製造方法。
- 前記ヒュウガトウキを煮出して得た抽出液と米糠を煮出して得た抽出液は、それぞれの煮出し汁のほか、それぞれ抽出後のヒュウガトウキと米糠から圧搾した搾汁を含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の健康飲料の製造方法。
- 前記米糠抽出エキス液を得る工程における上澄み液の分取は、蛋白質や澱粉質が沈殿した後、黄麹によるアルコール発酵前に行われることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の健康飲料の製造方法。
- 前記分取した上澄み液を熱処理することにより黄麹を不活性化し、アルコール発酵を停止させることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の健康飲料の製造方法。
