Claims (3)
- それぞれ、蓄熱体を備える空気流路と、前記空気流路と燃焼空気の給気流路とを接続する給気バルブと、前記空気流路と燃焼ガスを排気するための排気流路とを接続する排気バルブとを有する複数のバーナを備え、
前記バーナの一部を休止して運転し、休止中の前記バーナの前記空気流路の前記蓄熱体と前記排気バルブとの間のガス温度が所定のガス温度以上になったとき、および、休止中の前記バーナの前記蓄熱体を保持するサポート部材の温度が所定のサポート温度以上になったときには、当該休止中のバーナの前記給気バルブを開くことを特徴とする蓄熱式燃焼装置。 - 休止中の前記バーナの前記空気流路の前記蓄熱体と前記排気バルブとの間のガス温度と、前記蓄熱体を保持するサポート部材の温度とに応じて、当該休止中のバーナの前記給気バルブの開度を変化させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蓄熱式燃焼装置。
- それぞれ、蓄熱体を備える空気流路と、前記空気流路と燃焼空気の給気流路とを接続する給気バルブと、前記空気流路と燃焼ガスを排気するための排気流路とを接続する排気バルブとを有する複数のバーナを備える蓄熱式燃焼装置の運転方法であって、
前記バーナの一部を休止して運転し、休止中の前記バーナの前記空気流路の前記蓄熱体と前記排気バルブとの間のガス温度が所定のガス温度以上になったとき、および、休止中の前記バーナの前記蓄熱体を保持するサポート部材の温度が所定のサポート温度以上になったときには、当該休止中のバーナの前記給気バルブを開くことを特徴とする蓄熱式燃焼装置の運転方法。
