Description

第一の駆動プーリと第二の駆動プーリを回転させ、無端状駆動ベルトを駆動するために連結されているモータと、
被駆動プーリのうちの少なくとも一つを支持している被駆動部材とを備えており、
第一の駆動プーリと第二の駆動プーリが一緒に回転するように相互に連結されており、
第一の駆動プーリおよび第二の駆動プーリが、回転時の第一の駆動プーリの周速度が第二の駆動プーリの周速度と異なるように配設されており、無端駆動ベルトが、第一の駆動プーリの周速度と第二の駆動プーリの周速度との間の差により被駆動部材に動きを生じさせるように、駆動プーリおよび被駆動プーリをまわるループが形成されている。
Claims (8)
- アクチュエータ(10)であって、
第一の駆動プーリ(28)と、
第二の駆動プーリ(29)と、
第一の被駆動プーリ(52;70)と、
第二の被駆動プーリ(53;72)と、
第一のガイドプーリ(48)と、
第二のガイドプーリ(49)と、
前記第一の駆動プーリ、前記第二の駆動プーリ、前記第一の被駆動プーリ、前記第二の被駆動プーリ、前記第一のガイドプーリ、および前記第二のガイドプーリに係合している無端駆動ベルト(40)と、
前記第一の駆動プーリおよび前記第二の駆動プーリを回転させ、前記無端駆動ベルトを駆動するために接続されているモータ(19)と、
前記被駆動プーリのうちの少なくとも一つを支持している被駆動部材(50;88;70、73)とを備えており、
前記第一の駆動プーリおよび前記第二の駆動プーリが一緒に回転するように相互に接続され、
前記第一の駆動プーリおよび前記第二の駆動プーリが、回転すると、前記第一の駆動プーリの周速度が前記第二の駆動プーリの周速度と異なるように配設され、
前記無端駆動ベルトが、前記第一の駆動プーリの周速度と前記第二の駆動プーリの周速度との差が前記被駆動部材に動きを生じさせるように、前記駆動プーリ、前記被駆動プーリおよび前記ガイドプーリに巻き付けられてなり、
前記駆動プーリ、被駆動プーリおよびガイドプーリのうちのいずれかのプーリの回転軸は、当該プーリと隣り合う他のプーリとの間に架け渡された前記無端駆動ベルトが捩られるように、該他のプーリの回転軸に対して傾斜して配設されている、アクチュエータ。 - 前記第一の駆動プーリおよび前記第二の駆動プーリは、前記第一の駆動プーリが前記第二の駆動プーリとは異なる円周長を有しているため、回転すると、周速度が異なるように配設されている、請求項1記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記被駆動部材が、直線運動可能に取り付けられているキャリッジ(50;88)である、請求項1記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記第一の被駆動プーリおよび前記第二の被駆動プーリが前記キャリッジ(50、88)に取り付けられてなる、請求項3記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記被駆動プーリ(52、53)が、前記駆動プーリ(28、29)と前記ガイドプーリ(48、49)との間の位置に設けられてなる、請求項4記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記ガイドプーリの回転軸が、前記被駆動プーリとの間に架け渡された前記無端駆動ベルトが捩られるように、該被駆動プーリの回転軸に対して傾斜して配設されている、請求項1記載のアクチュエータ。
- 第三の被駆動プーリ(84)と第四の被駆動プーリ(85)とをさらに備えており、前記駆動プーリ(28、29)と前記被駆動プーリ(52、53、84、85)のうちの4つすべてとが前記被駆動部材(88)上に取り付けられており、前記無端駆動ベルトが、前記第一の駆動プーリ(28)から前記第一の被駆動プーリ(52)へ渡り、前記第一の被駆動プーリから前記第一のガイドプーリ(48)へ渡り、前記第一のガイドプーリから前記第三の被駆動プーリ(84)へ渡り、前記第三の被駆動プーリから前記第二の駆動プーリ(29)へ渡り、前記第二の駆動プーリから前記第四の被駆動プーリ(85)へ渡り、前記第四の被駆動プーリから前記第二のガイドプーリ(49)へ渡り、前記第二のガイドプーリから前記第二の被駆動プーリ(53)へ渡り、そして、前記第二の被駆動プーリから前記第一の駆動プーリへと戻るように構成され、前記無端駆動ベルトが、前記第一のガイドプーリと前記第一の被駆動プーリおよび該第三の被駆動プーリとの間に第一のループを形成し、前記第二のガイドプーリと前記第二の被駆動プーリおよび該第四の被駆動プーリとの間に第二のループを形成し、前記駆動プーリが第一の方向へ回転すると、前記第一のループの長さが増大し、これに応じて、前記第二のループの長さが減少するように構成されてなる、請求項5記載のアクチュエータ。
- 制御線(55;55a、55b)が、前記被駆動部材に接続され、前記被駆動部材の移動により前記制御線に対応する運動が生じるように構成されてなる、請求項1記載のアクチュエータ。
