Description
Claims (5)
- 汚水からリンを除去し、前記汚水を硝化および脱窒素し、一つまたはそれ以上の浸漬した膜をその中に収容している好気性ゾーンを含む硝化およびまたは脱窒素システムにおける脱窒素ゾーンのDO(溶存酸素)濃度を減少または最小にする方法であって、
a)汚水を嫌気性ゾーンに送ってリンを除去し、次に、前記嫌気性ゾーンから前記嫌気性ゾーンの下流にある第1ゾーンおよび第2ゾーンに前記汚水を交互に送る工程と、
b)第1のフェーズにおける、
i)前記嫌気性ゾーンにおいて前記汚水が処理された後、前記第1ゾーンを脱窒素ゾーンとして維持しながら前記第1ゾーンにおいて前記汚水を処理する工程と、
ii)前記第1ゾーンにおいて処理された前記汚水を前記第2ゾーンに送り、前記第2ゾーンを硝化ゾーンとして維持しながら前記第2ゾーンにおいて前記汚水を処理する工程と、
iii)前記第1ゾーン及び前記第2ゾーンより下流に位置する、前記1つ又はそれ以上の浸漬した膜をその中に有する前記好気性ゾーンに前記第2ゾーンで処理された前記汚水を送る工程と、
c)第2のフェーズにおける、
i)前記嫌気性ゾーンにおいて前記汚水が処理された後、前記第2ゾーンを脱窒素ゾーンとして維持しながら前記第2ゾーンにおいて前記汚水を処理する工程と、
ii)前記第2ゾーンにおいて処理された前記汚水を前記第1ゾーンに送り、前記第1ゾーンを硝化ゾーンとして維持しながら前記第1ゾーンにおいて前記汚水を処理する工程と、
iii)前記第1ゾーンで処理された前記汚水を、前記一つまたはそれ以上の浸漬した膜をその中に収容している前記好気性ゾーンに送る工程と、
d)前記下流の好気性ゾーン中の前記汚水を前記一つまたはそれ以上の浸漬した膜に送り、前記汚水を透過水と戻り活性汚泥とに分離する工程と、
e)前記透過水を前記下流の好気性ゾーン中の前記一つまたはそれ以上の浸漬した膜から汲み上げる工程と、
f)前記好気性ゾーンから、硝化ゾーンとして維持される前記第1ゾーンまたは前記第2ゾーンのいずれかに前記戻り活性汚泥を選択的に戻し、硝化ゾーンとして維持される前記第1ゾーン又は前記第2ゾーンに前記汚泥を送ることで、脱窒素ゾーンとして維持される前記第1ゾーン又は前記第2ゾーン内のDO濃度を減少または最小にする工程と、
g)前記第1ゾーン又は前記第2ゾーンが脱窒素ゾーンとして維持されるときに、前記第1ゾーンまたは前記第2ゾーンから前記汚水を前記嫌気性ゾーンへリサイクルする工程と、
を有することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記第1フェーズにおいて、前記第1ゾーンから前記第2ゾーンに前記汚水を送る前記工程後、前記第1ゾーンおよび前記第2ゾーンの両方を硝化ゾーンとして維持し、かつ前記第2フェーズにおいて、前記第2ゾーンから前記第1ゾーンに前記汚水を送る前記工程後、前記第1ゾーンおよび前記第2ゾーンの両方を硝化ゾーンとして維持することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第1ゾーンと、第2ゾーンと、一つまたはそれ以上の浸漬された膜フィルタを有する下流の第3の好気性ゾーンと、を利用して汚水からリンを除去し、前記汚水を硝化および脱窒素する、少なくとも4つのフェーズを含む方法であって、
i)第1フェーズは、
a)前記第1ゾーンと前記第2ゾーンの上流に配置された嫌気性ゾーンによってリンが除去された汚水を、前記嫌気性ゾーンから無酸素条件下に維持されている前記第1ゾーンに送り、前記第1ゾーンの中で前記汚水を脱窒素する工程と、
b)脱窒素された前記汚水を前記第1ゾーンから、好気性条件下に維持された前記第2ゾーンに送り、前記汚水を前記第2ゾーンの中で硝化する工程と、
c)硝化された前記汚水を前記第2ゾーンから、前記下流の第3の好気性ゾーンに送り、前記第3の好気性ゾーン内の浸漬された膜フィルタが前記汚水を透過水と活性汚泥とに分離し、好気性条件下に作動している前記第2ゾーンに前記活性汚泥の一部を戻す工程とを含み、
ii)第2フェーズは、
a)前記汚水を前記嫌気性ゾーンから好気性条件下に維持された前記第2ゾーンに送り、前記第1ゾーンを好気性条件下に維持しながら前記第2ゾーンの中で前記汚水を硝化する工程と、
b)前記第2ゾーンからの前記硝化された汚水を前記下流の第3の好気性ゾーンに送り、前記第3の好気性ゾーンで前記汚水は、前記浸漬された膜フィルタによって透過水と戻り活性汚泥とに分離され、前記戻り活性汚泥が前記下流の第3の好気性ゾーンから前記第2ゾーンに送られる工程とを含み、
iii)第3フェーズは、
a)前記汚水を前記嫌気性ゾーンから無酸素条件下に維持された前記第2ゾーンに送り、前記第2ゾーンの中で前記汚水を脱窒素する工程と、
b)前記第2ゾーン中の前記脱窒素された汚水を、好気性条件下に維持された前記第1ゾーンに送り、前記第1ゾーンの中で前記汚水を硝化する工程と、
c)硝化された前記汚水を前記第1ゾーンから前記下流の第3の好気性ゾーンに送り、前記下流の第3の好気性ゾーンで前記汚水は、前記浸漬された膜フィルタによって透過水と戻り活性汚泥とに分離され、前記戻り活性汚泥が前記下流の第3の好気性ゾーンから前記第1ゾーンに送られる工程とを含み、
iv)第4フェーズは、
a)前記汚水を前記嫌気性ゾーンから好気性条件下に維持された前記第1ゾーンに送り、前記第2ゾーンを好気性条件下に維持しながら前記第1ゾーンの中で前記汚水を硝化する工程と、
b)前記第1ゾーンの中で硝化された前記汚水を、前記下流の第3の好気性ゾーンに送り、前記下流の第3の好気性ゾーンで前記浸漬された膜フィルタが前記汚水を透過水と戻り活性汚泥とに分離し、前記戻り活性汚泥は、前記下流の第3の好気性ゾーンから前記第1ゾーンに送られる工程とを含む、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記第1フェーズにおける前記第1ゾーン及び前記第2ゾーンの中での前記汚水の滞留時間が2〜6時間であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記第1ゾーンあるいは前記第2ゾーンを無酸素条件に維持しながら、前記第1ゾーンあるいは前記第2ゾーンから前記嫌気性ゾーンに汚水をリサイクルする工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
