Claims (5)
- アルミ缶を板状細片に破砕する3軸破砕機と、
3軸破砕機の下側に一体的に組み付けられており、3軸破砕機で得られた板状細片を粉末状に粉砕する1軸粉砕機と、
を備えており、
3軸破砕機は、2個の上スクリューと、1個の下スクリューと、ナイフと、を備え、アルミ缶を上スクリューで剪断した後に下スクリューとナイフとによって更に剪断するようになっており、
1軸粉砕機は、円周方向に僅かずつずらした多数の回転刃を積層保持している回転軸と、回転軸を囲んで回転刃に向かって突出した固定刃と、を備えており、
3軸破砕機は、ナイフが液体窒素ガス供給ノズルを先端に有しており、これにより、摩擦熱発生部分を液体窒素ガスにより冷却するようになっており、
1軸粉砕機は、固定刃が、液体窒素ガスを回転刃に向けて噴出するためのノズルを隣接して有しており、これにより、摩擦熱発生部分を液体窒素ガスにより冷却するようになっている、ことを特徴とする、アルミ缶の粉末製造装置。 - 1軸粉砕機が、回転刃の回転下面に対向するようにスクリーンを有している、請求項1に記載のアルミ缶の粉末製造装置。
- 1軸粉砕機で得られた粉末を、スクリーンを介して吸引して、分別機へ供給するようになっている、請求項2に記載のアルミ缶の粉末製造装置。
- スクリーンの下側に、上向きに乾燥気体を噴出する目詰まり防止用ノズルが設けられている、請求項2に記載のアルミ缶の粉末製造装置。
- 目詰まり防止用ノズルをスクリーンの下側で往復移動させる駆動機構を備えている、請求項4に記載のアルミ缶の粉末製造装置。
