Description
Claims (19)
- 台形外形を有する加熱可能な積層窓ガラス(1)であり、
該積層窓ガラス(1)が、
積層窓ガラスの接着層に埋め込まれた、中央加熱領域(2)および2つの外側部の三角形表面を有し、中央加熱領域(2)が相互に並んで配置された加熱ワイヤ(3)から形成され、加熱可能な積層窓ガラス(1)が、さらに、
相互に電気的に並列な加熱ワイヤ(3)の端部を接続し、かつ積層窓ガラス(1)の側縁に沿って反対側に配置された、少なくとも2本の主バスバー(4、5)を有し、
加熱可能な積層窓ガラス(1)が、さらに、台形外形の外側部の三角形表面の領域で側縁に沿って配置された少なくとも1本の延長バスバー(4S、5S)および1本の追加のバスバー(8)を有し、この場合に、台形外形の少なくとも1つの外側部の三角形表面が、さらに別の加熱ワイヤ(6)の少なくとも2つのグループにより占められ、該別の加熱ワイヤ(6)の少なくとも2つのグループが、バスバーを通して給電されることができ、かつ相互に、ならびに中央加熱領域(2)の加熱ワイヤ(3)とほぼ平行に延び、相互に電気的に直列に接続される、加熱可能な積層窓ガラス(1)あって、
少なくとも1つの外側部の三角形表面の領域において、相互に並んで平行に配置されかつ異なる長さを有する別の加熱ワイヤ(6)が、並列に接続されるグループ(6.1、6.2、6.3)を生成するようにバスバーによって結合され、該グループのうちの少なくとも2つが、外側部の三角形表面の加熱パワーを中央加熱領域(2)の加熱パワーと均一化するために、2本の主バスバー(4、5)の間、または主バスバー(4、5)および延長バスバー(4S、5S)の間、または2つの延長バスバー(4S、5S)の間の有効ワイヤ長さが、1つの別の加熱ワイヤ(6)の長さに対して増加されるように、相互に電気的に直列に接続されることとを特徴とする、加熱可能な積層窓ガラス(1)。 - 追加のバスバー(7、8)が、いずれの場合にも2つのグループ(6.1、6.2、6.2、6.3)の間で接続体として使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の加熱可能な積層窓ガラス。
- 追加のバスバー(7、8)が、バスバー(4Sおよび/または5)と平行に配置される、請求項2に記載の加熱可能な積層窓ガラス。
- 個々のグループ(6.1、6.2、6.3)におけるワイヤの数が、異なるかまたは同一である、請求項1、2、または3に記載の加熱可能な積層窓ガラス。
- 2つのバスバー(4、5)の周辺部(4S、5S)が、さらに、台形外形の外側部の三角形表面の領域で少なくとも1つの側縁に沿って延びて、分離点(T)の両側で終わる、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の加熱可能な積層窓ガラス。
- 2つのバスバー(4、5)の外部接続が、分離点(T)の両側の周辺部(4S、5S)の自由端の領域に配置されている、請求項5に記載の加熱可能な積層窓ガラス。
- 少なくとも2つのバスバー(4、5)の外部接続が、積層窓ガラスのコーナーに近い物理的に近接した形で接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の加熱可能な積層窓ガラス。
- バスバー(4、5)の少なくとも1つが、それぞれ外部接続を有する2つの電気的に分離した部分に細分されることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の加熱可能な積層窓ガラス。
- 外側部の加熱ワイヤ(6)が、中央加熱領域(2)の加熱ワイヤ(3)とは異なる単位長さ当たりの電気抵抗を有する、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の加熱可能な積層窓ガラス。
- 外側部の加熱ワイヤ(6)が、中央加熱領域(2)の加熱ワイヤ(3)より高い電気抵抗を有する、請求項9に記載の加熱可能な積層窓ガラス。
- 外側部の加熱ワイヤ(6)が、中央加熱領域(2)の加熱ワイヤ(3)より低い電気抵抗を有する、請求項9に記載の加熱可能な積層窓ガラス。
- 1本以上の側部の加熱ワイヤ(6)が、加熱パワーに寄与しない1本以上の受動ワイヤを生成するために切断される、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の加熱可能な積層窓ガラス。
- 加熱ワイヤ(3、6)が、螺旋形で装着シートに配置される、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の加熱可能な積層窓ガラス。
- 加熱ワイヤ(3、6)が、本質的に直線である長手方向軸に対して短い波形および振幅を有する波状にされる、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の加熱可能な積層窓ガラス。
- 1つ以上のバスバー(4、5、4S、5S、7、8)が、アンテナ接続点で外部接続を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の加熱可能な積層窓ガラス。
- 縁部領域が、不透明な着色ストリップを備えている、請求項1から15のいずれか一項に記載の加熱可能な積層窓ガラス。
- 不透明な着色ストリップがバスバーを光学的に覆う、請求項16に記載の加熱可能な積層窓ガラス。
- 自動車において、請求項1から17のいずれか一項に記載の加熱可能な積層窓ガラスの使用。
- 自動車の前面ガラスまたは後面ガラスとして、請求項18に記載の加熱可能な積層窓ガラスの使用。
