Claims (3)
- 画像信号に対応するデータ電圧を伝達する複数のデータ線、選択信号を伝達する複数の走査線、及び前記走査線と前記データ線に電気的に連結された複数の画素回路を含む発光表示装置において、前記画素回路は、
印加される電流に対応して発光する発光素子と、
第1電極、第1電源電圧が印加される第2電極、及び前記発光素子に電気的に連結される第3電極を備えて、前記第1電極及び前記第2電極間に印加される電圧に対応する電流を前記第3電極に出力する駆動トランジスタと、
前記駆動トランジスタの前記第1電極及び前記第2電極間に接続される第1キャパシタと、
前記走査線からの前記選択信号に応答して前記データ電圧を前記画素回路に伝達する第1スイッチング素子と、
一方の電極が前記駆動トランジスタの前記第1電極に接続されており、他方の電極が前記第1スイッチング素子に接続される第2キャパシタと、第1制御信号に応答して前記第2キャパシタの前記一方の電極に前記第1電源電圧を印加する第2スイッチング素子と、第2制御信号に応答して前記第2キャパシタの前記他方の電極に前記第1電源電圧の電圧降下を補償する補償電圧を印加する第3スイッチング素子とを有し、前記選択信号に応じて、前記第1スイッチング素子により伝えられた前記データ電圧または前記補償電圧のいずれか一方を、前記第2キャパシタを介して前記駆動トランジスタの前記第1電極に伝達する電圧補償部と
を含む発光表示装置。 - 前記第1制御信号と前記第2制御信号は、同一な信号であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発光表示装置。
- 前記第1制御信号と前記第2制御信号は、前記選択信号が印加される前に印加された直前走査線からの選択信号である請求項1に記載の発光表示装置。
