Claims (3)
- 脱着自在の発電装置を備える電気駆動式車両であって、
前記発電装置は、当該発電装置の運転を単独で制御可能な第1の制御装置を備え、
前記電気駆動式車両は、走行に利用するバッテリの少なくとも充電状態量を管理可能な第2の制御装置を備え、
前記発電装置を前記電気駆動式車両に搭載し、前記発電装置が前記バッテリへ電力を供給する場合に、前記第2の制御装置からの指令が前記第1の制御装置からの指令よりも優先されることにより、前記第2の制御装置が前記発電装置の運転を制御することを特徴とする電気駆動式車両。 - 前記第2の制御装置は、法規に対処するための発電装置の運転制御を管理する機能を有し、前記法規に従って前記発電装置の運転を制御することを特徴とする請求項1の電気駆動式車両。
- 前記法規に対処するためのデータを測定する測定手段と、
前記発電装置の種類を示す情報を取得する取得手段と、
前記発電装置の種類を示す情報と、前記測定手段による測定項目と、前記法規を満たすための判定基準とが関連付けられたテーブル情報とを備え、
前記第2の制御装置は、前記取得手段によって取得された発電装置の種類を示す情報と前記テーブル情報とに基づいて、前記測定項目及び前記判定基準のいずれか一方又は両方を変更し、変更された測定項目及び/又は変更された判定基準に従って、前記発電装置の運転を制御することを特徴とする請求項2の電気駆動式車両。
