Claims (5)
- テーブル(12)上に載置された板材(14)を、熱を用いて切断する熱切断機(10)において、
前記テーブル(12)の内部に設けられた排気室(78)と、
前記テーブル(12)の上部に設けられ、前記排気室(78)と繋がる開口(79)と、
前記開口(79)に上方から嵌め込まれ、その上面に前記板材(14)を載置可能な格子パレット(13)と、を備え、
前記格子パレット(13)は、
前記板材(14)を載置するための複数の配列された桟(52)と、
前記桟(52)を支持する支持枠(40)と、
中央に所定タイプの1枚の定尺板材(14)を載置した場合に前記定尺板材(14)の外側にはみ出すことになるマージン部(13B)と、
前記マージン部(13B)に位置し、吊り上げワイヤのフックと係合するための複数の係合具(54A、54B、54C、54D)と、を備え、
前記係合具(54A、54B、54C、54D)の上端が、前記桟(52)の上端より低い位置に配置されるか、または、前記桟(52)の上端より高い位置と低い位置との間で上下動可能であり、
前記桟(52)上に前記板材(14)を載置したままで、前記格子パレット(13)をクレーンで前記テーブル(12)から吊り上げて前記テーブル(12)から分離し且つ前記テーブル(12)上に下ろして前記テーブル(12)に組み込むことが可能になっている
ことを特徴とする熱切断機。 - 前記格子パレット(13)の前記桟(52)が、前記支持枠(40)に対して着脱自在であり、前記格子パレット(13)を前記テーブル(12)とは別の場所に移送した後に前記支持枠(40)上で前記桟(52)を交換することが可能になっていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の熱切断機。
- 前記テーブル(12)及び前記格子パレット(13)の一方又は双方に設けられた、前記格子パレット(13)を前記開口(79)に位置合わせするためのガイド(60、74、90、92)と
を有し、前記格子パレット(13)を前記テーブル(12)上に降ろすとき、前記ガイド(60、74、90、92)に従って前記格子パレット(13)が前記開口(79)に導き入れられるようになっていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の熱切断機。 - 前記格子パレット(13)は、前記格子パレット(13)上に載置された前記板材(14)の位置決めを行うための位置決め補助部材(61A、61B、61C)を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の熱切断機。
- 前記位置決め補助部材(61A、61B、61C)が、前記桟(52)の上面より上方へ突出した部分を有し、前記突出した部分が前記格子パレット(13)から取り外し可能であることを特徴とする請求項4記載の熱切断機。
