Claims (48)
- プロセス制御システムで使用されるプロセス装置(12)において、
プロセス制御ループ(18)に接続されて該ループを流れる電流を制御し、プロセス関連情報を送信するように構成された出力回路(60)と、
前記出力回路(60)による前記プロセス制御ループ(18)を介した通常動作を無効にして前記プロセス制御ループ(18)内の電流を所望の警告レベルに設定するように構成されており、かつ、前記出力回路(60)と分離して設けられたループオーバライド回路(62)と、
警告状態を検出し、それに応じて前記ループオーバライド回路を作動させて前記出力回路の動作を無効にするように構成された診断回路(64)とを具備するプロセス装置。 - 前記診断回路(64)が零入力電流レベルを測定する請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記診断回路(64)が前記ループに直列に接続された感知用抵抗器(76)を含んでいる請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記診断回路(64)がアナログ/デジタル変換器(80)を含んでいる請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記診断回路(64)が電流の動向を監視する請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記診断回路(64)がマイクロコントローラ(138)を含んでいる請求項1の装置。
- 前記プロセス装置(12)がプロセス変数送信器である請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記プロセス装置(12)がプロセスコントローラである請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記プロセス装置(12)が安全装置化システムで使用されるように構成されている請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記所望の電流レベルが21mA以上または3.8mA以下である請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記ループオーバライド回路(62)がマイクロコントローラ(138)を含んでいる請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記プロセス装置(12)がプロセス制御ループを経由して受け入れた電力ですべての電力をまかなわれる請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記プロセス制御ループがHART(登録商標)プロトコルに従って動作する請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記ループ電流が予定のしきい値の外側である場合に前記ループオーバライド回路(62)を作動させるように構成された比較器(74)を含んでいる請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記ループオーバライド回路(62)が前記出力回路(60)に並列に接続されている請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記ループオーバライド回路(62)が前記出力回路(60)に直列に接続されている請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記ループオーバライド回路(62)がプロセス制御ループ(18)から前記出力回路(60)を切り離すように構成されている請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記ループオーバライド回路(62)が前記出力回路(60)を流れる電流を分流するように構成された請求項1記載記載の装置。
- 前記ループオーバライド回路(62)を始動させるように構成されたウォッチドッグ回路(150)を含んでいる請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記ループオーバライド回路(62)を始動させるように構成されたマイクロコントローラ(138)を含んでいる請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記マイクロコントローラ(138)が前記ループ電流の動向に基づいて前記ループオーバライド回路(62)を始動する請求項20記載の装置。
- 前記マイクロコントローラ(138)が前記ループ電流の期待値とループ電流との比較に基づいて前記ループオーバライド回路(62)を作動させる請求項20記載の装置。
- 警告状態が検出されると、前記プロセス制御ループから切り離されるプロセス装置内の回路を含んでいる請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記ループオーバライド回路(62)が出力回路を切り離してループ電流レベルを制御するように構成されている請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記ループ電流レベルが冗長出力回路によって制御される請求項24記載の装置。
- プロセス変数を感知するように構成されたセンサ(21)をさらに具備している請求項1記載の装置。
- プロセス装置(12)がプロセス変数送信器である請求項26記載の装置。
- 前記出力回路(60)が、フィールドバス、プロファイバス、およびHART(登録商標)からなる通信プロトコル群の一つに従って動作するように構成されている請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記出力回路(60)が2線、3線、および4線からなるグループから選択された形式のプロセス制御ループに接続されるように構成された請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記ループオーバライド回路(62)がプロセス制御ループからプロセス装置を電気的に切り離すようにさらに構成された請求項1記載の装置。
- プロセス制御ループ(18)上に所望の電流信号を送出するプロセス装置(12)内で実施される方法において、
プロセス制御ループに接続されたプロセス装置内の警告状態を検出し、
検出された警告状態に応じて、プロセス制御ループ内の電流を制御するように構成された出力回路(60)の動作を、該出力回路(60)と分離して設けられるループオーバライド回路(62)によって無効にし、
前記出力回路(60)の無効動作の処理の間、前記ループ電流を所望レベルにして該出力回路の動作を無効にするように制御する方法。 - 前記警告状態が零入力消費電流に関連する請求項31記載の方法。
- 前記検出が零入力消費電流内の動向を検出することを含んでいる請求項32記載の方法。
- 前記所望の電流レベルが21mA以上または3.8mA以下である請求項31記載の方法。
- 前記無効の処理がマイクロコントローラ(138)で実施される請求項31記載の方法。
- 前記検出の処理がマイクロコントローラ(138)で実施される請求項31記載の方法。
- 前記プロセス装置(12)がプロセス制御ループ(18)を経由して受け入れた電力ですべての電力がまかなわれる請求項31記載の方法。
- 前記プロセス制御ループ(18)がHART(登録商標)プロトコルに従って動作する請求項31記載の方法。
- 前記検出の処理が電流と予定のしきい値レベルとの比較を含んでいる請求項31記載の方法。
- 前記無効の処理が前記プロセス制御ループからの出力回路の切り離しを含んでいる請求項31記載の方法。
- 冗長出力回路でループ電流レベルを制御することをさらに具備している請求項40記載の方法。
- 前記制御の処理が出力回路を流れる電流の分流を含んでいる請求項31記載の方法。
