- ラズベリーの果実と柚子の果実を混合してなり、柚子果実の重量比率がラズベリーに対して0.5%〜5%であるジャム。
- ラズベリーの果実に柚子のじょうのうを投入して加熱した後、柚子のじょうのうを除去する工程を含む請求項1のジャムの製造方法。
