Claims (12)
- プロセスプラント環境において、プロセス制御システムにより実施されるプロセス制御戦略の一部を実行する無線利用可能フィールドデバイスを構成する方法であって、
前記無線利用可能フィールドデバイスに関連する識別情報を装置が受信する工程と、
前記装置が前記識別情報をコンフィギュレーションデータベース情報と比較する工程と、
前記識別情報と前記コンフィギュレーションデータベース情報との比較に基づいて、前記装置がプロセス制御戦略の一部を実行する前記無線利用可能フィールドデバイスに関連するプロセス制御情報、制御パラメータ又はコンフィギュレーション情報を検索する工程と、
前記装置が、少なくとも一つの無線通信リンクを介して、前記無線利用可能フィールドデバイスに前記プロセス制御情報、制御パラメータ又はコンフィギュレーション情報を送信して、無線利用可能フィールドデバイスが、プロセス制御戦略の一部を実行するように構成する工程と、
無線利用可能フィールドデバイスに送信された前記プロセス制御情報、制御パラメータ又はコンフィギュレーション情報を用いて、無線利用可能フィールドデバイスを介して、プロセス制御戦略の一部を実行する工程を有している方法。 - 前記識別情報がデバイスタグ情報を含んでいる、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記識別情報を前記コンフィギュレーションデータベース情報と比較する工程が、前記識別情報の少なくとも一部が前記コンフィギュレーションデータベース情報の少なくとも一部と一致しているか否かを判定する工程を含んでいる、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記無線利用可能フィールドデバイスに関連する前記識別情報を受信する工程が、複数の無線利用可能フィールドデバイスに関連する識別情報を有するリストを受信する工程を含んでいる、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記複数の無線利用可能フィールドデバイスに関連する識別情報を有する前記リストに基づいて、現在アクティブな無線利用可能フィールドデバイスの統合リストを更新する工程をさらに含んでいる、請求項4記載の方法。
- 前記無線利用可能フィールドデバイスに関連する前記識別情報を受信する工程が、該無線利用可能フィールドデバイスに通信可能に接続されているコントローラから少なくとも一つのメッセージを受信する工程を含んでいる、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記無線利用可能フィールドデバイスに前記コンフィギュレーション情報を送信する工程が、前記少なくとも一つの無線通信リンクおよび第二の無線通信リンクを介して該コンフィギュレーション情報を送信する工程を含んでいる、請求項1記載の方法。
- 無線利用可能フィールドデバイスを交換する方法であって、
第2の無線利用可能フィールドデバイスにアクセス可能なメモリに、前記無線利用可能フィールドデバイスに関連する識別子を格納する工程と、
前記無線利用可能フィールドデバイスを取り外す工程と、
前記取り外された無線利用可能フィールドデバイスの代わりに、前記第2の無線利用可能フィールドデバイスを設置する工程と、
前記無線利用可能フィールドデバイスに関する前記識別子を有し、前記第2の無線利用可能フィールドデバイスに関連するコミッショニング要求を処理する工程と、
前記無線利用可能フィールドデバイスに関する前記識別子を用いて、プロセス制御情報、制御パラメータ又は前記コンフィギュレーション情報を含むコミッショニング情報をデータベースから検索する工程と、
少なくとも一つの無線通信リンクを介して、前記第2の無線利用可能フィールドデバイスに前記コミッショニング情報を送信する工程と、
無線利用可能フィールドデバイスに送信されたコミッショニング要求に含まれる前記プロセス制御情報、制御パラメータ又はコンフィギュレーション情報を用いて、第2の無線利用可能フィールドデバイスを介して、プロセス制御戦略の一部を実行する工程を有している方法。 - 前記無線利用可能フィールドデバイスに関する前記識別子がデバイスタグ情報を含んでいる、請求項8記載の方法。
- アラートまたはアラームのうちの少なくとも一つを受信する工程と、該アラートまたはアラームのうちの少なくとも一つに応答して、無線ユーザデバイスにメッセージを送信する工程とをさらに含んでいる、請求項8記載の方法。
- 前記無線ユーザデバイスは、電話、携帯情報端末、ポータブルコンピュータ、およびページャのうちの少なくとも一つである、請求項10記載の方法。
- 前記無線利用可能フィールドデバイスに関連する前記識別子を用いて、前記データベースからの前記コミッショニング情報を検索する工程は、一致する識別子を前記データベースが有するか否かを判定する工程と、該一致する識別子に基づいて、前記コミッショニング情報を検索する工程とを含んでいる、請求項8記載の方法。
