Claims (8)
- 凝縮部(1b)と、
前記凝縮部の上に配置された過冷却部(1c)と、
パーティション(2b)によって、前記凝縮部(1b)に連結される下部(2c)と、前記過冷却部(1d)に連結される上部(2d)とに区画されるほぼ管状の調整器(2)と、
前記パーティション(2b)を貫通し、前記調整器の下部と上部とを連通させるスタンドパイプ(4)と、
前記調整器の下部(2c)に設けられる乾燥剤容器(7)と、
前記スタンドパイプ(4)に対して、前記乾燥剤容器(7)の上部を取り外し可能に固定する固定手段(4a)と、を備え、
前記調整器(2)にはシールプラグ(6)が設けられ、当該シールプラグを取り外した後に、前記乾燥剤容器(7)及び前記スタンドパイプ(4)とともに前記パーティション(2b)が前記調整器から取り出し可能である、特に自動車のための、空調装置用コンデンサ。 - 前記スタンドパイプ(4)は、前記パーティション(2b)に結合される、請求項1に記載のコンデンサ。
- ハンドル手段(2f)が前記パーティション(2b)に結合され、それによって、前記シールプラグ(6)を取り外した後に、前記パーティション(2b)が前記調整器(2)から引き出される、請求項1に記載のコンデンサ。
- 前記パーティション(2b)において、シール(20)が設けられ、それは、前記パーティションととともに調整器から取り外し可能である、前述した請求項の1つに記載のコンデンサ。
- 前記スタンドパイプ(4)の下端または前記調整器の上部(2d)において、フィルタ(5)が前記スタンドパイプに設けられる、前述した請求項の1つに記載のコンデンサ。
- フィルタハウジング(50)が前記パーティション(2b)の上に固定される、前述した請求項の1つに記載のコンデンサ。
- 前記フィルタハウジング(50)は、前記フィルタハウジング(50)、パーティション(2b)、及びスタンドパイプ(4)によって形成される交換可能ユニットを引き出すべく、上部側に、ツール(60)のための係合手段を有する、請求項6に記載のコンデンサ。
- 凝縮部(1b)の上に過冷却部(1c)が配置されたコンデンサ(1)に対して、前記凝縮部の冷媒流れ下流側であって、かつ前記過冷却部の冷媒流れ上流側に配される調整器(2)に組み付けられる交換ユニットであって、
前記調整器(2)の内部を、前記凝縮部(1b)に連結される下部(2c)と、前記過冷却部(1d)に連結される上部(2d)とに区画するパーティション(2b)と、
前記パーティション(2b)を貫通し、前記調整器の下部と上部とを連通させるスタンドパイプ(4)と、
前記調整器の下部(2c)に設けられる乾燥剤容器(7)と、
前記スタンドパイプ(4)に対して、前記乾燥剤容器(7)の上部を取り外し可能に固定する固定手段(4a)と、を備えることを特徴とする交換ユニット。
