Claims (4)
- 円筒状の内輪(1)とこの内輪と同軸な外輪(2)との間で円周方向に互いに前後に配置された締付要素(5)を備え、
前記締付要素(5)は各々、ケージ(3,9,11,17,18)に設けられたポケット(6,19)内において案内されつつ、前記ケージ(3,9,11,17,18)に対して半径方向に当接するとともにばね舌片(7,14,22)を有する帯ばね(4,15,16)によって荷重が負荷されるようにされており、
前記締付要素(5)を受け入れるための前記ポケット(6,19)の各々に、前記締付要素(5)の前記ケージ(3,9,11,17,18)上での支持を可能とする制限壁(8,12,23)が設けられており、
前記制限壁(8,12,23)を有している前記ケージ(3,9,11,17,18)の全ての半径方向領域に、前記ケージの外側表面に一体的に形成された補強用の水平棚状突起(10)が設けられており、
前記内輪(1)と前記外輪(2)との間にトルクがかかっていないときには、前記各ばね舌片(7,14,22)とそれに隣接する前記帯ばね(4,15,16)のウエブ(24)との間の隙間が前記各締付要素(5)の最も細い部分に一致しており、かつ、前記ばね舌片(7,14,22)が前記締付要素(5)に懸架力を作用させない中立位置であるゼロ位置に前記ばね舌片(7,14,22)が位置するようになっており、
前記締付要素(5)は、トルクの受け取りの始めにおいては前記締付要素(5)の締付軌道に対する摩擦によるロックと、それと同時にトルクにより生じる前記締付要素(5)の回り込み運動とが促進され、かつ、トルクが増大する間に、前記ゼロ位置を通過するときに前記締付要素(5)を支持する前記帯ばね(4,15,16)の懸架力の方向が半径方向内向きの方向から半径方向外向きの方向にあるいはその逆に変わるように懸架されていることを特徴とするオーバーラニングクラッチ。 - 前記制限壁(8)が、前記ケージ(3,9)の内側表面から始まる斜面であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のオーバーランニングクラッチ。
- 前記制限壁(12)が、前記ケージ(11)の内側表面から始まる凸状アーチ型の表面部分であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のオーバーランニングクラッチ。
- 前記制限壁(12)がすべてのポケットの隙間内に配置され、前記ポケットの隙間(13)の軸線方向寸法が前記ばね舌片(14)の軸線方向長さに一致していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のオーバーランニングクラッチ。
