比Rは10%以上90%以下が好ましい。比Rが10%未満の場合には、突起部32が小さくなりアンカー効果が得られにくく、接合強度を大きく増大させることができず、かつ内部抵抗を大きく低減させることができない。比Rが90%超の場合には、電極箔23を巻回する時に発生するテンションに集電体31の強度が耐えられないので適当でない。

Claims (1)
- ケースと、
前記ケース内に充填されたリチウムイオンを含む電解液と、
負極として銅またはニッケル集電体と、前記集電体上に塗工により形成された電極層とを有して、前記電解液中に浸漬された電極箔と、
正極としてアルミニウム集電体と、前記集電体上に塗工により形成された電極層とを有して、前記電解液中に浸漬された電極箔とを備え、
前記銅またはニッケル集電体および前記アルミニウム集電体は第1面と、前記第1面の反対側の第2面とを有し、
前記銅またはニッケル集電体および前記アルミニウム集電体には、前記第1面と前記第2面との間を貫通する、多角不定形状である複数の開口部が形成され、これら開口部において、この開口部の縁上の点を通る接線と直角であると共にこの点を通る直線を定義し、この直線が前記開口部の縁上で交わる前記点と別の点を定義し、これら点および別の点の距離のうち最小の距離が50μmから0.01μmであり、
前記開口部の周辺に前記集電体上に折り曲げられて形成された重畳部を有するリチウムイオンを含む電気二重層キャパシタ。
