Claims (15)
- トリアジン化合物を含む化合物を1000Pa未満の圧力で基材上に蒸着することにより、層を形成する蒸着ステップを含む、基材および基材上の層を含む複合材料の調製方法であって、
基材が、アルミニウム、酸化アルミニウムまたは酸化ケイ素を含む蒸着層を含み、
蒸着ステップ中、基材の温度が−15℃〜+125℃であり、
トリアジン化合物がメラミン、メラム、メレム、メロンまたはそれらの混合物を含むことを特徴とする、調製方法。 - 蒸着ステップ中、基材の温度が0℃〜+50℃である請求項1に記載の方法。
- 蒸着ステップを5×10−3Pa未満の圧力で行う請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- トリアジン化合物がメラミンを含む請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 蒸着ステップの前に、基材をプラズマ、コロナ、紫外線または電子ビームで処理する請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 蒸着ステップの前に、基材を反応性ガスで処理する請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 反応性ガスが水、および/またはホルムアルデヒドを含む請求項6に記載の方法。
- 蒸着ステップの後に、第2層を既存の層の上面に追加する請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
