Claims (18)
1. Способ получения композитного материала, содержащего подложку и слой на подложке, включающий стадию осаждения из паровой фазы, на которой триазинсодержащее соединение осаждается на подложке при давлении ниже 1000 Па, в результате чего образуется слой, отличающийся тем, что в ходе стадии осаждения из паровой фазы температура подложки находится в интервале между -15 и +125°С.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором в ходе стадии осаждения из паровой фазы температура подложки находится в интервале между 0 и +50°С.
3. Способ по п.1 или 2, в котором стадия осаждения из паровой фазы осуществляется при давлении ниже 5·10-3 Па.
4. Способ по п.1 или 2, в котором триазинсодержащее соединение содержит меламин, мелам, мелем, мелон, меламин с полимеризующимися функциональными группами, соли меламина или их смеси.
5. Способ по п.4, в котором триазинсодержащее соединение содержит меламин.
6. Способ по п.1 или 2, в котором подложку перед стадией осаждения из паровой фазы обрабатывают плазмой, коронным разрядом, ультрафиолетовым излучением или электроннолучевым излучением.
7. Способ по п.1 или 2, в котором подложку перед стадией осаждения из паровой фазы обрабатывают реакционным газом.
8. Способ по п.7, в котором реакционный газ содержит воду и/или формальдегид.
9. Способ по п.8, в котором подложка представляет собой композитный материал, содержащий алюминийсодержащий слой, поэтому триазинсодержащее соединение осаждается из паровой фазы поверх алюминийсодержащего слоя, и реакционный газ содержит воду.
10. Способ по п.1 или 2, в котором слой обрабатывают плазмой, коронным разрядом, ультрафиолетовым излучением или электроннолучевым излучением.
11. Способ по п.1 или 2, в котором слой обрабатывают реакционным газом.
12. Способ по п.11, в котором реакционный газ содержит воду и/или формальдегид.
13. Способ по п.1 или 2, в котором после стадии осаждения из паровой фазы поверх существующего слоя наносят второй слой.
14. Способ по п.13, в котором слой, осажденный из паровой фазы, по любому из пп.1-11 используют в качестве промежуточного слоя.
15. Композитный материал, полученный способом по любому из пп.1-14.

Композитный материал по п.16, в котором подложка содержит осажденный из паровой фазы слой, содержащий алюминий или оксид алюминия, или оксид кремния, поэтому соединение, содержащее триазинсодержащее соединение, осаждается из паровой фазы на слой, содержащий алюминий, или оксид алюминия, или оксид кремния.
18. Применение композитного материала по любому из пп.15-17 для упаковки, в частности для упаковки продуктов питания.
