Claims (13)
- 少なくとも一つの電気導体(6)を電気的に接続するとともに、端子台(5)を備えた基板(4)又は電気機器に取り付けるための接続端子(1)であって、
ブロック構成に構成された、或いは並べて配置することが可能な絶縁体ハウジング(3)と、
プラスチックから成る、少なくとも一つの操作手段(8)と、
一つの側面が電気導体(6)のための接触面(17)を形成する、導電性のベルト状材料から型抜きして成形した電気フレーム(16)と、フレーム(16)の軸方向の一方の端部に配置され、ソケット接点として形成された、接続端子を接点ピン(7)に差し込むための接点部材(18)と、フレーム(16)の軸方向の他方の端部に配置された、接点差込部材を絶縁体ハウジング(3)内に固定するための鉤フック(49)と、フレーム(16)から接触面(17)の方向に折り曲げられた、フレーム(16)と共にU字形状を形成する二つの対向する支持アーム(46)とから成る接点差込部材と、
接触面(17)で導体(6)を挟持するための第一の自由な脚部(24)と、足ばねを接点差込部材に固定するための第二の固定された脚部(23)と、両方の脚部(23,24)を互いに接続するU字形状のループ部(25)とを有し、接点差込部材の二つの支持アーム(46)内に形成される開口部(47)に係合する二つの対向する突出部(22)が第二の脚部(23)に形成されている、帯状材料から型抜きして成形した足ばね(13)と、
を備えた接続端子。 - 接点差込部材(14)と、ソケット接点として形成された接点部材(18)と、接触面(17)を備えたフレーム(16)と、折り曲げられた支持アーム(46)と、鉤フック(49)とが、ベルト状材料から型抜きされて、曲げられた一体的なものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接続端子(1)。
- ソケット接点として形成された接点部材(18)が、押え部(41)として構成された片持ち板ばねを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接続端子(1)。
- フレーム(16)のエンドピース(32)が、側方にガイド部分(48)を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の接続端子(1)。
- ガイド部分(48)が、足ばね(13)の動く脚部(24)を誘導する役割と電気導体(6)を誘導する役割を果たすことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の接続端子(1)。
- フレーム(16)のエンドピース(32)が、貫通穴(50)を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の接続端子(1)。
- 支持アーム(46)の開口部(47)が、縦長の穴(51)として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接続端子(1)。
- 縦長の穴(51)の横断面が、長方形を成すことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の接続端子(1)。
- 開口部(47)の大きさを、足ばね(13)の材料の強度又はばね集合体に合わせていることを特徴とする請求項1から8までのいずれか一つに記載の接続端子(1)。
- 配備された足ばね(13)が、互いに重なり合った少なくとも二つの足ばねから成るばね集合体として構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接続端子(1)。
- ばね集合体に用いられる足ばね(13)が、互いに一致した同じ輪郭を有することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の接続端子(1)。
- ばね集合体に用いられる足ばね(13)が、互いに一致しない輪郭を有することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の接続端子(1)。
- 当該の接続端子が差込コネクタ(2)として構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から12までのいずれか一つに記載の接続端子(1)。
