Claims (1)
- 音叉部と、この音叉部からの出力信号を外部に出力する端子を設けた基台と、前記音叉部を基台とで内側に収納するカバーと、前記基台における端子を固着するとともに音叉部からの出力信号を処理する処理回路を設けた回路基板と、前記基台、カバーおよび回路基板を内部に収納するケースとを備え、前記基台における端子を回路基板に、基台と回路基板との間に間隙が存在するように固着し、かつこの間隙に位置する前記基台における端子の中央部を塑性変形させた後、折り曲げることにより薄板からなる屈曲部を設け、さらにこの屈曲部を前記塑性変形により音叉部の長手方向の中心軸である角速度を検知する検知軸と平行な方向の厚みを小とする薄板とした角速度センサ。
