Description
例えば名称Noryl V 180 HFで入手可能であるPPE/HIPSの性質を試験する。難燃性の調査を、Underwriter Laboratories Inc.のUL-Standard 94に従って実施する。このためには、垂直につるした試料プレートを火炎と接触させ、引き続いて火炎伝播速度及びプラスチックの滴下挙動を調べる。試料厚さに応じて難燃性クラスV−0、V−1及びV−2への区分を行う。その際にV−0は最良のクラスである。
電子装置用のハウジングシェルの製造に使用されるような、商標Bayblend FR 2000の商業的なABS/PC−コポリマーの性質を調べる。性質の調査は、比較例V1に示されたように行う。結果は同様に第1表に見出される。
次の配合表を用いるポリアミド混合物の性質を調べる:
約150ml/gの粘度数を有するポリアミド6 59.00%
約125ml/gの粘度数を有するポリアミド66 33.00%
メラミンシアヌレート 8.00%。
例1からの配合表において、約125ml/gの粘度数を有するポリアミド66を、約125ml/gの粘度数を有するポリアミド6により置き換える。ポリアミド混合物を同様に二軸スクリュー押出機で製造し、引き続いて射出成形機中でさらに加工する。ここでも性質を比較例V1に相応して調べ、かつ結果は第1表に示されている。
次の配合表に従って二軸スクリュー押出機上で製造されるポリアミドを調べる:
約150ml/gの粘度数を有するポリアミド6 100%。
二軸スクリュー押出機で次の配合表を用いてポリアミドを製造する:
約150ml/gの粘度数を有するポリアミド66 100%。
Claims (7)
- 電子線管又はフラットスクリーンを有している電子装置用のハウジングシェルであって、前記ハウジングシェルが耐熱性で、難燃性の熱可塑性プラスチックから射出成形法により製造され、かつプラスチックがポリアミドベースで構成されているハウジングシェルにおいて、
プラスチックが異なる粘度数を有する少なくとも2つのポリアミドからなる混合物を含有しており、前記粘度数が、ISO 307に従い試料0.005g/mlを含有する硫酸溶液中で測定して140ml/g未満であることを特徴とする、電子装置用のハウジングシェル。 - プラスチックがポリアミド6を含有している、請求項1記載のハウジングシェル。
- プラスチックがポリアミド66を含有している、請求項1記載のハウジングシェル。
- ポリアミドベースのプラスチックが、ハロゲン化されていない防炎加工剤を含有している、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のハウジングシェル。
- 防炎加工剤がメラミンシアヌレートである、請求項4記載のハウジングシェル。
- 電子装置がテレビ又はモニターである、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のハウジングシェル。
- 耐熱性で、難燃性の、ポリアミドベースの熱可塑性プラスチックを射出成形する工程を含むことを特徴とする、電子線管又はフラットスクリーンを有する電子装置用のハウジングシェルを製造するために、異なる粘度数を有する少なくとも2つのポリアミドからなる混合物を含有しており、前記粘度数が、ISO 307に従い試料0.005g/mlを含有する硫酸溶液中で測定して140ml/g未満である、耐熱性で、難燃性の、ポリアミドベースの熱可塑性プラスチックを使用する方法。
