PVBシートの浸出挙動の測定のために、試験片を水蒸気で飽和された雰囲気中で30日間貯蔵する。水の吸収と、それに伴う極性の増加によって、適合性が低い系の場合には可塑剤が押し出されうるので、その可塑剤は次第にシート表面上に明らかに目に見える被膜として又は小滴の形においてしみ出てくる。適合性の配合の場合には、試験片に30日後にも可塑剤のしみ出しは確認されないのに対して、不適合性の配合である場合には屡々24時間後でさえも可塑剤がしみ出てくる。高い相対湿度(RL)を有する雰囲気の設定のために、閉じた容器、例えばガラス乾燥器中で沈殿物を有する硫酸銅五水和物からなる飽和水溶液を製造する。この溶液の上には、20℃で98%RLの平衡湿度が生ずる。

本発明による全ての組成は、ガラス−シート−ガラスの構成を有する積層体を14日間50℃及び100%の相対湿度の環境で貯蔵するヘーズ試験において、PVBシートが保護されず湿分に曝される縁部領域に混濁を示さない。
Claims (8)
- 部分アセタール化ポリビニルアルコールを基礎とする可塑剤含有のシートであって、
a)19.5質量%より大きいPVOH含量を有する部分アセタール化ポリビニルアルコール60〜85質量%、
b)8.60(cal/cm 3 ) 1/2 未満の溶解性パラメーターδを有する低い極性を有する少なくとも1種の可塑剤14〜39質量%、
c)式I及び/又は式II
R1−O(−R2−O)n−CO−R5 I
R1−O(−R2−O)n−CO−R3−CO−(O−R4−)mO−R6 II
[式中、
R1、R5、R6は互いに無関係に、H、1〜12個のC原子を有する脂肪族又は芳香族の基であり、
R3は、単結合、1〜12個のC原子を有する二価の脂肪族又は芳香族の基であり、
R2、R4は互いに無関係に、1〜12個のC原子を有する二価の脂肪族又は芳香族の基であり、
n、mは互いに無関係に、1〜10の整数である]の少なくとも1種の補助可塑剤1〜20質量%
を含有するシート。 - 低い極性を有する可塑剤を、浸出試験によれば補助可塑剤を添加しないと部分アセタール化ポリビニルアルコールと不適合性である量で使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のシート。
- 低い極性の可塑剤と補助可塑剤とを、低い極性を有する可塑剤が浸出試験によれば補助可塑剤をしないと部分アセタール化ポリビニルアルコールと不適合性である全体量で使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のシート。
- 低い極性の可塑剤として、6個より多い炭素原子を有するアルキル基を有するジアルキルアジピン酸エステル並びに7個より多くの炭素原子を有するカルボン酸基を有するオリゴグリコール酸エステルが使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のシート。
- 式IIの補助可塑剤が、シュウ酸、マロン酸、グルタル酸、コハク酸、アジピン酸、ピメリン酸、アゼライン酸、セバシン酸、テレフタル酸、フタル酸、イソフタル酸及び/又はシクロヘキサンジカルボン酸を基礎とすることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のシート。
- 少なくとも1枚のガラス板とこれらのガラス板と隣接する請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のシートを有する複合安全ガラス。
- 8.60(cal/cm 3 ) 1/2 未満の溶解性パラメーターδを有する低い極性を有する可塑剤の19.5質量%より大きいPVOH含量を有する部分アセタール化ポリビニルアルコール中での適合性を高める補助可塑剤としての、1種又は複数種の、式I又はII

R1−O(−R2−O)n−CO−R3−CO−(O−R4−)mO−R6 II

R1、R5、R6は互いに無関係に、H、1〜12個のC原子を有する脂肪族又は芳香族の基であり、
R3は、単結合、1〜12個のC原子を有する二価の脂肪族又は芳香族の基であり、
R2、R4は互いに無関係に、1〜12個のC原子を有する二価の脂肪族又は芳香族の基であり、
n及びmは互いに無関係に、1〜10の整数である]の化合物の使用。 - 補助可塑剤を全配合に対して1〜20質量%の量で使用することを特徴とする、請求項7記載の1種又は複数種の補助可塑剤の使用。
