Description
本発明による例B1〜B10及び比較例V1〜V8について、可塑化されたPVB−フィルムを、それらのしみ出し挙動を調査するために、市販の押出機で200℃の最大メルト温度で当業者に公知の方法で製造した。
Claims (9)
- 合せ安全ガラス中の中間層として適しており、部分アセタール化ポリビニルアルコール(PVB−樹脂)を基礎とする可塑剤含有のフィルムにおいて、
a)PVB−樹脂60〜85質量%
b)25℃で8.60(cal/cm3)1/2より小さい溶解度パラメーターδを有する可塑剤14〜39質量%、
c)PVB−樹脂中への前記可塑剤の溶解度を高める添加剤として、一般式R−O−(CH2CH2O)n−H(R:炭素原子6−20個の脂肪族又は芳香族基、n:2−10)で示される1つ又はそれ以上の非イオン界面活性剤1〜9質量%を含有しており、a)〜c)の合計は100質量%になることを特徴とする、可塑剤含有のフィルム。 - 非イオン界面活性剤を1とした場合に可塑剤が2.7を上回る質量比を有する、請求項1記載のフィルム。
- 1つ又は複数の非イオン界面活性剤が、フィルム中で2〜4質量%の量で使用される、請求項1から2までのいずれか1項記載のフィルム。
- PVB−樹脂として、PVOH−含量>19.5質量%を有する部分ブチラール化ポリビニルアルコールが使用される、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のフィルム。
- 可塑剤として、トリエチレングリコール−ジ−2−エチルヘキサノエート(3G8)が使用される、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のフィルム。
- 少なくとも1枚のガラス板と、前記ガラス板に接着させる請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の少なくとも1つのフィルムとを有している合せ安全ガラス。
- PVB−樹脂中への25℃で8.60(cal/cm3)1/2より小さい溶解度パラメーターδを有する可塑剤の溶解度を高める添加剤としての、一般式R−O−(CH2CH2O)n−H(R:炭素原子6−20個の脂肪族又は芳香族基、n:2−10)で示される1つ又はそれ以上の非イオン界面活性剤の使用。
- PVB−樹脂中への可塑剤トリエチレングリコール−ジ−2−エチルヘキサノエート(3G8)の溶解度を高める添加剤としての、請求項7記載の1つ又はそれ以上の非イオン界面活性剤の使用。
- 非イオン界面活性剤が、フィルムの全配合に対して、2〜10質量%の量で使用される、請求項7又は8記載の1つ又はそれ以上の非イオン界面活性剤の使用。
