Claims (7)
- コンピュータ断層撮影(CT)測定による対象物のCT画像の反復再構成を実行する方法(100)であって、
複数の反復の各々の間に、前記対象物の再構成画像(206)を生成する段階と、
連続する各反復において、CTに付加した方式により取得した、画像化される前記対象物の事前外部エッジ情報(102)を使用することによって前記再構成画像(206)に制約条件を与え、前記再構成画像の前記外部エッジ情報を更新する段階(402)と、
前記制約条件が与えられた再構成画像を投影ドメインに変換して前記対象物の計算サイノグラム(202)を生成する段階と、
前記対象物の前記計算サイノグラム(202)及び測定サイノグラム(104)を比較して、補正画像(210)又は補正した画像の少なくとも1つを決定する段階と、
を含み、
前記反復画像再構成は、前記対象物の前記計算サイノグラムの決定において収集の物理的作用を考慮した精密な再投影(302)を使用する
ことを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記精密な再投影(302)が、多色X線収集モデルを使用する段階を含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記多色X線収集モデルを使用する段階が、
線減弱係数を光電効果の成分とコンプトン散乱成分とに分解する段階と、
事前材料条件に基づいて前記光電効果の成分とコンプトン散乱成分との相対的重み付けに制約条件を与える段階と、
をさらに含む、請求項2記載の方法。 - 前記精密な再投影(302)が、有限X線ビーム幅要件を組込む段階を含み、前記有限X線ビーム幅要件が、検出器点広がり関数、検出器開口度、検出器クロストーク及び焦点寸法の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記CTに付加した方式が、座標測定器、マイクロメータ及びレーザ式測定システムの1つをさらに含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記複数の反復の完了に続いて、得られた完成再構成画像(108)及び前記事前外部エッジ情報(102)を使用してCT画像の3次元点集団(112)を生成する段階をさらに含む、請求項5記載の方法。
- 前記再構成画像を生成する段階が、反復フィルタ補正逆投影アルゴリズム、最大事後確率アルゴリズム、最大尤度アルゴリズム、代数的再構成法アルゴリズム、エントロピー・ベース・アルゴリズム、最小二乗法アルゴリズム及び重み付きペナルティ最小二乗法アルゴリズムの少なくとも1つによって実行される、請求項1記載の方法。
